1 ATLANTA HAWKS 2016 FLY AWAY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE OR SUBMISSION TO SALES PRESENTATION NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. VOID OUTSIDE OF GEORGIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Who May Participate: The Atlanta Hawks 2016 Fly Away Sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes ) is open to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older and reside within seventy five (75) miles of Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and assigns of Cricket Wireless LLC ( Sponsor ), Promotions Group West, Inc. ( Administrator ), Atlanta Hawks, L.P., Arena Sports Marketing, LLC, ATL Hawks, LLC, Arena Operations, LLC, the National Basketball Association ( NBA ) and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, Released Parties ), and the members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling and child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households of any of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. Void outside the area identified above and where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Sweepstakes Period: You may enter the Sweepstakes from the beginning of participating Cricket Wireless retail location business hours on February 26, 2016 to the close of participating Cricket Wireless retail location business hours on March 23, 2016 ( Sweepstakes Period ). How to Participate: During the Sweepstakes Period, official Sweepstakes flyers and scan cards (each, a Scan Card ) will be distributed to the public by Sponsor street team members at events, in communities and at Cricket Wireless retail locations throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Scan Card per person throughout the entire Sweepstakes, regardless of events and/or locations visited to participate. Upon receipt of a Scan Card, participants will be instructed to hand his/her Scan Card to an authorized Cricket Wireless retail representative at an authorized Cricket Wireless store and provide the authorized retail representative with their address. The retail representative will input the participants valid address and then scan the Scan Card for the applicable participant to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Please note: A Scan Card must be presented to an authorized retail representative at a participating Cricket Wireless store by the close of store operating hours on March 23, 2016 in order to enter; there will be no other method of using the Scan Card to obtain an entry. Participation in the Sweepstakes will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Scan Cards will be determined to be ineligible if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that: a. Scan Card contains any printing, mechanical, typographical or other errors; b. Scan Card is obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way; c. Scan Card has been altered in any manner that suggests improper manipulation or use or attempt to circumvent the integrity of this Sweepstakes; or d. Scan Card has any damage to the code section of the flyer. Random Drawing & Odds of Winning: Two (2) potential First Prize winners, five (5) potential Second Prize winners and three (3) potential Third Prize winners will be selected by Administrator in a random drawing on or about March 24, 2016 from all eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of the total eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period. On-Court Competition to Determine Grand Prize Winner: The two (2) confirmed First Prize winners will take part in an on-court competition between the 3 rd and 4 th quarters of the Atlanta

2 Hawks home basketball game scheduled to take place on April 9, First Prize winners must participate in the competition themselves and cannot have a family member or friend participate on their behalf, however, Sponsor will make reasonable accommodations in the event a First Prize winner has a physical ailment or other disability that may impact their participation in the competition. The on-court competition will take place as follows: COIN TOSS A coin toss will take place on-court before the competition begins; One (1) contestant will choose heads or tails and a coin will be flipped; if it lands on his/her selection, he/she will decide to go first or second in the competition; The contestant that loses the coin toss will get to choose if he/she wants to shoot one(1) free throw, should there be a tie at the end of the competition. COMPETITION LOGISTICS Each contestant will get thirty (30) seconds to shoot one (1) ball; Each contestant will only get one (1) ball to continuously shoot; Each contestant will choose where to start on the court; Each contestant is responsible for retrieving his/her ball after each shot; The contestants cannot interfere with each other or the ball during the competition. POINT ALLOCATION / TIE BREAKER Contestants will receive one (1) point for each basket made in the paint; Contestants will receive two (2) points for each basket made outside the paint, but not beyond three-point line; Contestants will receive three (3) points for each basket made beyond the three-point line If there is a tie at the end of the competition, the person who lost the coin toss gets to choose if he/she wants to shoot one (1) free throw or if the other person gets to shoot one (1) free throw; If the contestant shooting the free throw makes the shot, he/she will be the winner of the competition and also be deemed the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner; If the contestant shooting the free throw misses it, the other contestant will be the winner of the competition and also be deemed the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, and/or . First Prize winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within two (2) days of date of issuance. Second and Third Prize winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Grand Prize (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Atlanta Hawks away basketball game scheduled to take place in Cleveland, OH on April 11, Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner s residence to Cleveland, OH, two (2) days and one (1) night standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only), ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, ground transportation to/from hotel and event, two (2) tickets to attend the Atlanta Hawks away basketball game, and food for winner and guest while at the game. If winner resides within a 100- mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of Grand Prize: $2,500. Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must sign a liability/publicity

3 release prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel must be made through Administrator on a carrier of Administrator s choice. First Prizes (2): Each winner will receive two (2) VIP tickets to the Atlanta Hawks home basketball game scheduled to take place on April 9, 2016 and the opportunity to participate in the on-court competition to determine the one (1) Grand Prize winner. Exact seat locations to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Each winner will also win (1) ZTE Grand X3 and (12) month ProPlan service. ARV of each set of First Prize tickets: $ Second Prizes (5): Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Atlanta Hawks home basketball game scheduled to take place on April 9, Exact seat locations to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. ARV of each set of Second Prize tickets: $ Third Prizes (3): Each winner will receive a basketball autographed by an Atlanta Hawks player. Exact player to autograph basketball to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. ARV of each Third Prize: $ Actual value of autographed basketball subject to market fluctuations. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Administrator. Winners and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes and if any winner incurs any additional transportation costs, luggage fees, hotel incidentals, meals, souvenirs and gratuities, shall be the responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes: $4, Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If any winner is found to be in violation of any of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, illegible or delayed entries or Scan Cards or prize claims; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, the cancellation of any Sweepstakes street team event visit, the cancellation or postponement of any Atlanta Hawks home basketball game or any event, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

4 Entrants, by participating, agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same account, the authorized subscriber of the account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning addresses. Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, and not as a participant in any class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs directly attributable to participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
