1 2017 DISNEY UNITED WAY CAMPAIGN WEEKLY INCENTIVES SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO DONATION OR PLEDGE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL A DONATION IMPROVE ONE S CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. SPONSOR: Walt Disney World Resort, a division of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc., Corporate Citizenship, 1375 Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830, is solely responsible for all aspects of this sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes ). 2. ENTRY: Subject to the Limitations below, this Sweepstakes is open exclusively to non-executive full-time, part-time and seasonal cast members, crew members and Imagineers, including professional interns, college program participants and temporary employees, 18 years of age and older (individually, Cast Member and collectively Cast Members ) who are eligible to participate in the 2017 Walt Disney World Resort United Way Campaign (the Campaign ), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. During the period commencing October 6, 2017 at 12:00 AM ET and ending November 15, 2017, at 11:59 PM ET ( Entry Period ), you as a Cast Member may enter the Sweepstakes in one (1) of the two (2) following ways: (a) Online: By visiting logging in with your HUB credentials and inputting your selection by clicking one (1) of the Choose a Donation Option buttons indicating your participation. Cast Members will only be able to enter online through November 11, 2017 until 11:59 PM ET. (b) Pledge Card: By returning a completed United Way pledge card, indicating your selection in regard to participation in the Campaign, to the local United Way advocate in your work location ( Pledge Card Entry ) on or before November 15, 2017 (to account for receipt of cards by Corporate Citizenship and manual entry into the system.) DONATION NOT REQUIRED: A DONATION TO THE UNITED WAY IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE ENTERED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, NOR WILL A DONATION IMPROVE ONE S CHANCES OF WINNING. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, CAST MEMBER WILL ONLY NEED TO INDICATE WHETHER OR NOT THEY WILL DONATE TO THE CAMPAIGN, IN ORDER TO BE ENTERED INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES. Entry shall mean and refer to each Online Entry and Pledge Card Entry. This Sweepstakes will consist of five (5) separate and distinct weekly drawings (individually, a Weekly Drawing and collectively, Weekly Drawings ) for the respective five weeks ending October 15, 22, 29 and November 5 & at 11:59 PM ET (each individual, Deadline Date ) with drawings on October 16, 23, 30 and November 6 & In addition, there shall be a grand prize drawing ( Grand Prize Drawing ) consisting of Entries (regardless of whether they are Weekly Drawing winning Entries) from all the Weekly Drawings on November 21, 2017 as set forth below in the chart and in Section 5. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER CAST MEMBER DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES. All non-winning Entries for each Weekly Drawing will be carried over to all subsequent Weekly Drawings and all Entries (regardless of whether they are Weekly Drawing winning Entries) will carry over to the Grand Prize Drawing. Entries by any method other than set forth above in Section 2 are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting Entry is prohibited. Sponsor, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies, the officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of each of them (individually and collectively, Releasees ) are not responsible for Entries from persons other than Cast Members; Entries that are altered, delayed, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misdirected, multiple, non-delivered, mutilated, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules ( Rules ); or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable s resulting from any form of active or passive filtering; insufficient space in entrant s account to receive ; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such potential Entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. 4. PRIZES: Prizes for each Weekly Drawing ( Secondary Prizes ) are described on the chart attached hereto as Schedule 1 and the prize for the Grand Prize Drawing ( Grand Prize ) is set forth on Schedule 2. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes $43, Limit one (1) Secondary Prize per Cast Member. Cast Members can also win the Grand Prize, regardless of whether or not they win a Secondary Prize. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. Any and all expenses associated with the use of any Secondary Prize or the Grand Prize not specifically listed in the appropriate Schedule below are the sole responsibility of the winner. Secondary Prizes will be awarded provided they are validly claimed by January 31, 2018, after which no alternative winners will be selected, nor unclaimed prizes awarded. However, the Grand Prize will be awarded provided it is accepted and used by August 31, 2018 or such Grand Prize will be forfeited. Usage will be based on availability and subject to block out dates. Unless otherwise noted in Schedule 1, prizes must be fulfilled by August 31, All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. 5. PROCEDURES: For Secondary Prize drawings: Entries for each Weekly Drawing will only be accepted during that portion of the Entry Period as set forth in the chart above. On or about the Drawings Dates set forth in the chart above, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select the potential winners for the preceding Weekly Drawing from all eligible Entries received for that Weekly Drawing and the non-winning Entries from the previous Weekly Drawings. For the Grand Prize Drawing, which will be on or about November 21, 2017, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select the Grand Prize winner from among all eligible Entries received for the entire Entry Period. Odds of winning for each Weekly Drawing will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for that Weekly Drawing and, if applicable, any non-winning entries from any prior Weekly Drawing(s) and odds of winning for the Grand Prize Drawing will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes. 6. WINNERS: (a) The Secondary Prize winners will either be notified in person at the work location or by , U.S. Mail, or phone, on or about five (5) days after the relevant Drawing Date. All Secondary Prizes are to be retrieved from the Walt Disney World Corporate Citizenship offices at Team Disney 101 North, 1375 Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL or will be delivered, at the Sponsor s discretion, to such winners as Sponsor shall advise. If you have an address change, it is your sole responsibility to notify Sponsor via D Tools HR under the Personal Tab on The HUB as soon as possible. Potential winners' names will be posted on The HUB, United Way website or Corporate Citizenship website and notification of posting will be sent to all designated coordinators/cast Members for the Sweepstakes ( Global Advocates ) the date they are posted. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification and forfeiture of any Secondary Prize may result from any of the following: [i] potential Secondary Prize winner s failure to respond to notification within ten (10) business days after its transmission; [ii] the return of any notice or prize as undeliverable after two (2) attempts; [iii] potential winner s failure to validly claim any Secondary Prize before January 31, 2018; and [iv] any non-compliance with the Rules. If a Secondary Prize has an ARV of $600 or more, winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release to Sponsor, in a timely manner, as directed by Sponsor. 2

(b) The Grand Prize winner either will be notified in person at their work location or by , U.S. Mail, or phone, on or about December 1, At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification and forfeiture of a Grand Prize may result from any of the following: [i] potential Grand Prize winner s failure to respond to notification within ten (10) business days after its transmission; [ii] the return of any notification or any other kind of notice as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; [iii] potential Grand Prize winner s failure to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release to Sponsor within ten (10) business days after receipt of such Affidavit; [iv] Grand Prize winner s guests may be required to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to participation in the Grand Prize; and [v] any other non-compliance with Rules. In the event of a Grand Prize forfeiture, the Sponsor will award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner, time permitting. (c) All income taxes are solely each winner s responsibility and Grand Prize winner s form W-2 (Wage and Tax Statement) will be adjusted to include the final value of his/her prize. 7. CONDITIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree, represent and warrant that: [a] you will abide by and be bound by the Rules and the Sponsor s decisions, which shall be final in all respects; [b] the Entry becomes solely the Sponsor s property and will not be acknowledged or returned; [c] the Releasees are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, including without limitation, death and bodily injury, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use (including travel, when applicable), misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize; participation in this Sweepstakes or in any activity related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Sweepstakes information; [d] the Releasees do not make any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, relating to the Sweepstakes or the prizes; [e] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: human errors, errors in the advertising, Rules, selection and announcement of the winners and distribution of the prizes; [f] any winner s acceptance of a prize constitutes the grant to Sponsor, its licensees and assigns of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and statements about the Sweepstakes for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; [g] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use any prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason; and [h] if for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is solely governed by and subject to applicable U.S. and Florida laws and regulations. Any and all claims related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action. Participation is subject to all other employee policies. 8. RULES & WINNER S LIST: For a copy of the Rules (before November 16, 2017) and/or a winners list (after December 20, 2017), send a selfaddressed, stamped #10 envelope to: 2017 United Way Campaign Weekly Incentive Sweepstakes, Walt Disney World Resort, Corporate Citizenship, 1375 Buena Vista Drive, Team Disney 101N, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830, indicating your request.
