SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The DELSEY Fly Me to the Caribbean Sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes ) begins on November 1, 2017 at 10:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ( ET ) and ends on December 31, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ( Sweepstakes Period ). 2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Delsey Luggage, Inc ( Sponsor and Administrator ) and Bloomingdales.com, LLC, any agencies involved in the Sweepstakes (including any prize providers)and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, including in-laws ) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you can enter the Sweepstakes by submitting a review ( Review ) of any DELSEY luggage product online at Bloomingdales.com (the Website ) along with the following disclosure: This review is submitted as an entry for the 2017 DELSEY Fly Me to Fly Me to the Caribbean Sweepstakes. Upon submitting a valid product review, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You may only review DELSEY luggage products that you have actually used. You will need to sign up for a Bloomingdales.com account or use your existing account information to sign in and submit a review. Bloomingdales.com Terms of Use apply. Participation constitutes entrant s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor s, Administrator s and any Prize Provider s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. To enter by mail, hand print your first and last name, street address (no PO boxes), address and day time phone number on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail via first class mail to: DELSEY Luggage Inc., Fly Me to the Caribbean Sweepstakes, 6090 Dorsey Road, Hanover, MD Mailed entries must be postmarked by January 2, 2018 and received by January 9, Sponsor is not responsible for illegible or incomplete entries, or for late, lost, damaged or postage due mail. Limit one entry per person/bloomingdales.com account. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Bloomingdales.com account. No group entries. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Bloomingdales.com accounts, addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or

2 other organization responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entry will be disqualified if Review is determined by Sponsor or its designated agency not to be the original work product of entrant. Entries will also be disqualified if Sponsor or its designated agency determine in their sole discretion that Review comprising entry: (i) violates or infringes upon the rights of any party (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent rights, or other intellectual property rights); and/or (ii) is inappropriate, obscene, hateful, pornographic or otherwise unfit for publication. 4. PRIZE DRAWING: Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, on or around January 10, The potential winner will be notified by , mail or phone. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 5. PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. 3 amenities are subject to change and are to be determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion. (ii) (iii) (iv) Local ground transfers between the designated airport and the resort chosen; Telephone calls, Red Lane Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Sandals Specialty Shops are not included. The Vacation Package will be fulfilled in the form of a prize certificate redeemable by filling in requested information and mailing back to the address indicated. The Grand Prize Winner must call the given telephone extension on the Prize Certificate to arrange the resort Vacation Package. Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of the Grand Prize trip package: $8,000. Actual value of the Grand Prize may vary based on airfare fluctuations and point of departure. Grand Prize Winner will not receive the difference between actual value and ARV. The trip must be redeemed between December 31, 2017 and December 31, 2018, or winner forfeits the Grand Prize in its entirety. Trip must be booked at least forty five (45) days prior to departure. Trip and Sandals Resort selection are subject to availability and blackout dates. Sandals Resorts reserves the right to relocate the confirmed Grand Prize Winner from their resort of choice to an alternate resort within their chain based upon availability of space for the secured travel dates. Reservations will not be confirmed until 30 days prior to the selected travel date. Travel must be round-trip. Sponsor will determine airline, and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made by Sponsor in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor s airline carrier, as detailed in the passenger ticket contracts. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of the winner. Travel package does not include transportation to the location of air travel departure or items of a personal nature. Grand Prize Winner s travel companion must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in the state that guest resides) or older as of the date of departure. Travel companion must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Grand Prize Winner

4 and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for their own conduct while accepting the prize and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to use and enjoyment of the prize, including, but not limited to, consumption of alcoholic beverages. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible for any carrier issues (flight delays, lost baggage, etc.) or issues with hotel accommodations, ground transfers, or sightseeing tour, which are provided by third parties who are solely responsible for the services they provide. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All applicable taxes including federal, state, and local income taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No cash substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of prize by winner is permitted. However, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any prize described herein, or any portion thereof, with an alternate prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period. 6. WINNER VERIFICATION AND CLAIMING A PRIZE: Potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The potential winner is subject to review for eligibility by Sponsor, whose decision is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. A potential winner that does not meet the requirements set forth in these Official Rules, as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Potential winner will be notified via . If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within five (5) days, or in the event that a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and, at the Sponsor s sole discretion, prize may be awarded to an alternate potential winner. Potential winner may be required to furnish proof of being the authorized account holder of the address used to enter. Because the ARV of the prize is $600 or more, a Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number is required to be provided to Sponsor for issuance of a 1099 Form. In the event of noncompliance with this or any other requirement, the non-complying potential winner will be disqualified. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state of residence), voice, and statements relating to the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, and/or Administrator, and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Sponsor or any related entities in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law. 7. SWEEPSTAKES OPERATION: Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the effective date of termination.

RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees, and as a condition of being awarded a prize, Winner agrees, to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Prize Providers, Bloomingdales.com, LLC and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents and assigns and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes (the Released Parties ) from and against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments, costs and expenses, damages of any kind whatsoever, injuries, or losses to persons or property arising from, resulting from or in connection with the Sweepstakes, submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded (including without limitation any travel related thereto) or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of the prize. Released Parties are not responsible for (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, web sites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Sweepstakes; or (b) failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of any prize or in any prize notification documents or any other Sweepstakesrelated materials; or (d) for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including, but not limited to, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries or the cancellation of the Sweepstakes; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Sweepstakes; or (f) damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Sweepstakes; incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, or lost entries; or any technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries or otherwise in administrating this Sweepstakes. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, except as prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (1) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (3) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees or court costs. 9. ADDITIONAL TERMS: In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in any Sweepstakes materials, the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular, Sponsors employees are not authorized to waive,

6 modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever. 10. JURISDICTION/CHOICE OF LAW: All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in the State of Maryland for the resolution of any and all disputes or claims related to this Sweepstakes, including delivery and use of the Grand Prize, and agree that all such claims shall be brought exclusively in one of those courts. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Maryland without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. The value of the Prizes set forth above represents Sponsor s good faith determinations of the ARV thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. 11. PRIVACY: Handling of all entrant information, including addresses, will be consistent with the Bloomingdale s, Inc.
