A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: The Delta Air Lines/Lakers Keep Climbing Sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes ) is jointly sponsored by Delta Air Lines, Inc. ( Delta ), with its principal offices located at 1030 Delta Boulevard, Atlanta, GA 30354, and The Los Angeles Lakers, Inc. ( Lakers ), with its principal offices located at 2151 E. Grand Ave., Suite 100, El Segundo, CA (collectively, Sponsors ). The administrator of the Sweepstakes is the Lakers. The Sweepstakes will begin on March 21, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. PST and end on March 28, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. PST ( Sweepstakes Term ). The Sweepstakes will award two categories of prizes, set forth in detail below: (1) the daily Twitter prizes ( Twitter Prizes ) and (2) the text and online entry prizes ( Text/Online Prizes ). To qualify for the Twitter Prizes and Text/Online Prizes, entrants must submit separate entries, as detailed below. 2. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes through any of the following methods: Twitter Prizes: To qualify for the Twitter Prizes, entrants must go to and reply via Twitter to a daily Tweet issued by the Lakers from the Twitter (located at using the dedicated hashtag #LALDelta. One (1) Tweet will be issued each day at approximately 11 a.m. PST from March 24-28, 2012, for a total of five (5) daily Tweets. Each daily Tweet will contain instructions and a question to be answered in the entrant s reply. Each reply to a daily Tweet is a separate entry. Limit one (1) Twitter entry per person per day. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. PST Wednesday, March 28, b. Go to during the Sweepstakes Term and follow the links and instructions to complete the Sweepstakes entry. One (1) online entry per person during the Sweepstakes Term. 2 Once you send a text message and it is received by Sponsors, you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. You will be charged for each text message that originates from your handset according to the terms in your rate plan with your wireless service provider. To enter by text messaging, you must have a text messaging two-way capable handset and wireless service. Text messaging is not available in all areas. HOW TO ENTER BY MAIL On a 3 x 5 postcard print your name, complete address, phone number and (if applicable) address. Sponsors will not accept and are not responsible for mailed entries that are late, lost, stolen, mutilated, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any entries that are not submitted in accordance with these Official Rules. 3. ELIGIBILITY: The portion of the Sweepstakes that will award the Twitter Prizes is open only to legal residents of the state of California who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Winners of the Twitter Prizes are responsible for all transportation costs to and from the Lakers home arena, STAPLES Center, in Los Angeles, California ( STAPLES Center ). The portion of the Sweepstakes that will award the Text/Online Prizes is open only to legal residents of Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Ventura and Riverside counties in the state of California who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsors and the National Basketball Association (the NBA ) and its Member Teams and NBA Properties, Inc. (individually and collectively, the Sweepstakes Entities ) and their respective directors, officers, governors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, Sweepstakes and advertising agencies, immediate family members and persons living in the same household are ineligible. By participating in or entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant and/or potential prize winner unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accept these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 4. 3 A total of six (6) Text/Online Prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Term. Five (5) pairs of tickets to the Lakers home game vs. the Oklahoma City Thunder on March 29, 2012 at STAPLES Center will be awarded to five (5) separate winners, and two (2) Round-Trip Coach Class Airline Tickets will be awarded to one (1) winner. Winners will be randomly selected by Sponsors. All Lakers tickets awarded as prizes will be for the Lakers home game vs. the Oklahoma City Thunder on March 29, 2012 at STAPLES Center. The exact seat location for each pair of tickets awarded will be determined are at the sole discretion of the Lakers. The approximate retail value ( ARV ) for the Lakers game tickets on March 29, 2012 is $160 for each pair of tickets. COACH CLASS TICKET INFO: A total of three (3) pairs of Round-Trip Coach Class Airline Tickets will be awarded as Twitter Prizes and one (1) pair will be awarded as a Text/Online Prize. Each pair of Round-Trip Coach Class Airline Tickets awarded will entitle the winner to round-trip Coach Class air travel for two (2) to anywhere Delta flies in the Continental United States or Canada. Travel must be completed by March 15, 2013 or the winner will forfeit the prize. All travelers must travel on same itinerary. Travel must be round-trip. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by Delta as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. The ARV of each pair of tickets is $640. The ARV of travel may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual value and ARV. Air travel will be awarded in the form of Certificates that may be redeemed for round-trip travel on Delta from the winner s home gateway to anywhere Delta flies in the Continental United States or Canada. Certificate seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or in all markets. Certificates are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold or bartered. The sale or barter of tickets obtained through redemption of Certificates is also prohibited. Any tickets obtained through such sale or barter are void and will not be honored for travel. After ticketing, date, time and routing changes are permitted (subject to the availability booking class) however a $150 fee applies. Based on availability, passengers holding confirmed reservations and tickets may confirm earlier/later same day flight within three (3) hours from scheduled departure time between same origin/destination for a non-refundable fee of $50USD/$61CAD.* Certificates do not include a $3.80 Federal Excise Tax and the September 11th Security Fee of up to $2.50 which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger s ticketed itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing. For travel to/from Alaska, U.S. International Air Transportation Tax of up to $8.40 is not included. Certificates used for international travel do not include U.S. International Air Transportation Tax of up to $16.70 and U.S. and foreign user, inspection, security or other similarly based charges, fees or taxes of up to $349 depending on itinerary. Baggage fees of up to $25 USD/CAD* fee for first checked bag, $35 USD/CAD* fee for second checked bag may apply, depending on itinerary. Baggage allowances subject to size/weight limits. These taxes and fees are subject to change, are the responsibility of the passenger and (except for bag fees) must be paid at the time the ticket is booked. Any taxes, fees, or charges paid at the time of ticket issuance will be refunded if ticket is not used. However, once redeemed, Certificates are void and will have no further value. Certificate travel will not qualify for SkyMiles mileage. Stopovers/Upgrades/Waitlisting/Open Returns are not permitted for tickets booked with Certificates. Lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed Certificates will not be replaced. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply. It is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. Delta reserves the right to deny boarding to any passengers without proper documentation. *Fees are CAD exit Canada. FIRST/BUSINESS ELITE CLASS TICKET INFO: One (1) pair of Round-Trip First/Business Class Elite Airline Tickets will be awarded among the Twitter Prizes. The Round-Trip First/Business Elite Class Airline Tickets awarded will entitle the winner to round-trip First/Business Elite Class travel for two (2) to anywhere Delta flies in the Continental United States or Canada. 4 March 15, 2013 or winner will forfeit the prize. All travelers must travel on same itinerary. Travel must be round-trip. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Each prize is non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, whether in cash or otherwise, except at Sponsors sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize, or any portion thereof, with a prize, or such portion, of equal or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described herein for any reason. Any expenses not specified herein related to the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, imposed as a result of accepting and using the prize. 6. NOTIFICATION: The winners will be notified by Twitter, phone or on or about March 28, Each winner will receive a verification form to confirm that he/she meets the terms of eligibility. If the winner does not meet the terms of eligibility, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected. If the winner is unreachable or does not contact the Lakers within two (2) days following the first attempt to contact such person, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected. Once a winner is confirmed and notified, arrangements will be made for him/her to receive the prize. Return of any prize will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. 7. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these rules and the decision of Sponsors, which shall be final. By submitting an entry, each winner hereby gives the Sponsors and their respective agents and assignees, the NBA and its Member Teams and NBA Properties Inc. full permission and authority to use, publish and display the winner s name, voice and photograph or other likeness for advertising or other related purposes, in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional payment or compensation. The delay or failure of the Sponsor to enforce any particular provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. 4

FRAUD, TECHNICAL FAILURES OR TAMPERING: Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsors reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately tamper with, damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or intercept or interfere with the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such person and pursue any and all remedies available, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsors are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsors reserve the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. 10.
