1 NO PURCHASE BY ENTRANT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE 1. OVERVIEW: The Celebrity Wave Promotion ( Promotion ) is sponsored by Celebrity Cruises Inc. ( CCI or Sponsor ) and consists of a.) a Mystery Shopper Promotion ( Mystery Shopper ) offering travel agents the opportunity to earn $ by naming Celebrity Cruises if contacted by Sponsor, and b.) the Celebrity Wave Sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes ) offering travel agents the opportunity to enter the Sweepstakes with randomly awarded prizes. 2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to accredited travel agents (must have a valid ARC, IATAN, TRUE or CLIA number) in U.S. (includes D.C.; excludes Puerto Rico) and Canadian travel agents (excludes Quebec) who are members of CCI, age 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Any determinations of eligibility will be made by Sponsor whose decisions are final. A valid agent must be registered with CCI. For information on how to register, contact Celebrity Cruises Inc. at Entrants may be subject to rules imposed by their employers relative to their participation in trade promotions, and should check with their company for any relevant policies. By participating in this Promotion, entrant warrants that he/she has complied with his/her employer s policy regarding acceptance of premiums or gifts and that he/she has informed his/her employer of entrant s participation in the Promotion. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, electronic media firm, Sweepstakes Consulting, LLC, and their immediate family members (spouses and parents, children and siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. TIMING: The Promotion begins at 9:00 a.m. on 1/7/13 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on 3/31/13 ( Promotion Period ). All times are Eastern Time or ET. The first week during the Promotion Period begins at 9:00 a.m. on 1/7/13 and ends at 11:59 pm on 1/13/13. FOUR (4) WAYS TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES: A.) Each time a travel agent ( entrant or agent ) books one (1) stateroom for any stateroom class on any cruise aboard a Celebrity ship on any itinerary departing between January 14, 2013 and April 30, 2014, including the provision of names and full deposits for new individual or group bookings, he or she will earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry ( entry ). Eligible bookings must be registered by the front line agent who made the booking at com between 9:00 a.m. on 1/07/13 and 11:59 p.m. on 3/31/13 ( Sweepstakes Period ). Registered bookings must include: the travel agent and/or travel agency s identification number, Agency Name, Agency Booking Phone Number, Agent s First Name, Agent s Last Name, Agent s Address, Mailing Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country, Contact Phone Number. Bookings will be tracked by Celebrity Cruises. Participation past this deadline will not be eligible for inclusion in the Sweepstakes. No duplicate bookings will be honored. All bookings are subject to verification by Sponsor. B.) Agents who are randomly called by a Celebrity executive to participate in Sponsor s Mystery Shopper telephone survey during the Promotion Period/Sweepstakes Period and who mention Celebrity Cruises in answer to the survey question posed will earn a $ Visa gift card award (terms and conditions on gift card apply), and one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Limit of one (1) Mystery Shopper gift card and one (1) Sweepstakes entry per agent during the Promotion Period/Sweepstakes Period. Agents who utilize experience-celebrity.com/partner-promotion in the creation of his or her own personal url and name Celebrity Cruises in a posted comment will earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry per occurrence when they visit TradeIncentives.com. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per agent per day during the Sweepstakes Period. D.) Agents that prominently display Celebrity Cruises on their Facebook Page during the Sweepstakes Period to earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry each time they name Celebrity Cruises in a posted comment. Limit of one (1) entry per agent per day during the Sweepstakes Period. You must be a member of Facebook in order to participate. There is no fee to become a member of Facebook. You are providing your entry information to Sponsor and not to Facebook. E.) Alternatively, a travel agent may submit his/her name, company name and address on a piece of paper via first class mail only (no special delivery methods) to: Celebrity Wave Sweepstakes, PO Box 25309, Rochester, NY USA to be postmarked by 3/31/13 and received by 4/5/13; limit of one (1) mail-in entry per agent per day. Weekly drawings will include mailed entries based on the date entry is received. 5. PRIZES, MYSTERY SHOPPER AWARDS and Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ): WEEKLY MYSTERY SHOPPER AWARDS: Each week during the Promotion Period four (4) $ Visa gift cards will be awarded. Terms and conditions on gift card apply. Total ARV of all forty-eight (48) Mystery Shopper Awards: $4, In the event there are an insufficient number of agents who qualify to receive a weekly award, the award will be carried over to the subsequent week during the Promotion Period. Limit of one (1) $100 Mystery Shopper award per agent during the Promotion Period. Mystery Shopper awards will be fulfilled within three (3) weeks. WEEKLY $100 PRIZES: Each week during the Sweepstakes Period, four (4) $ Visa gift card prizes will be awarded at random from all entries received from agents who created a personal url (entry method c ), and four (4) $100 prizes will be awarded at random from all entries received from agents who entered via Facebook (entry method d ). Terms and conditions on gift card apply. Total ARV of all ninety-six (96) weekly prizes: $9,600. In the event there are an insufficient number of eligible entries to receive a weekly prize, the prize will be carried over to the subsequent week s drawing during the Promotion Period. 4 TWELVE (12) GRAND PRIZE CRUISES: each winner will be randomly assigned one of the 2013 Celebrity Cruise prizes found in the chart below in these. Prize includes cruise in an ocean view stateroom for winner and one (1) guest, traveling in the same stateroom ($3,000 ARV/USD). Total ARV of all twelve (12) cruise prizes: $36,000. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize cruise per agent. Grand prize travel must be completed in Cruise prizes do not include transportation to and from point of embarkation. Winner and travel companion are each solely responsible for any and all costs, other than those specifically stated in these, that may be incurred or arise as a result of being awarded a prize. Such costs may include, but are not limited to, airfare, all federal, state, local or other government or quasi-governmental taxes and fees, fuel supplement (if applicable), travel insurance and items of a personal nature (i.e., shore excursions, passport fees, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, photographs, some entertainment, service fees, medical services, etc.). Winners and travel companions are responsible for all travel documents (such as a passport and visa) required for travel. 5 6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Weekly prize winners will be drawn at random approximately one (1) week following the end of each week during the Sweepstakes Period. Grand Prize winners will be drawn at random on or about April 8, All winners will be drawn at random under the supervision of Sweepstakes Consulting, LLC, an independent agency whose decisions are final. Winning entries are subject to verification by Sponsor for compliance. Winners will be notified by or mail and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date on the notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Potential Canadian winners will also be required to complete a mathematical skill test before being declared a winner. Cruise winners travel companions will be required to execute a Liability/Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. If a travel companion is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian of 21 years of age or older. 7. GENERAL TERMS: Prizes shall be subject to Sponsor s then current rules and regulations, including but not limited to, age restrictions and the obligation to sign the passenger cruise ticket contract. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate. Prizes can be substituted at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes will be allocated at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the winner s responsibility. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner s name and likeness, address (city and state), photograph, voice, prize information and/or biographical information and any statements made by entrant regarding the Sweepstakes or the Sponsor for publicity, trade, advertising or promotion purposes at any time or times, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without additional compensation, notice, review or approval. By participating, entrant agrees (a) to these and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects; and (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, and Facebook (collectively Releasees ), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death that may occur in connection with, preparation for, or participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity, including travel to and/or from points of embarkation and/or debarkation, and including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person s ability to enter the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising the Promotion on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting the operation of the Promotion or its web site. If the integrity of the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes is compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to modify Sweepstakes and randomly select a winner from valid entries received that are unaffected by the problem. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, entrant will be deemed the individual named on the online entry form. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY ALTER OR DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND SHALL NOTIFY THE APPROPRIATE STATE AND/OR FEDERAL AUTHORITIES OF SUCH ATTEMPTS. Submission of any digital computer materials containing malicious computer code, viruses, bugs, worms or any other intentionally destructive or harmful computer materials is also a violation of the law and in addition to automatically disqualifying the entrant, will be subject to any prosecution or claim the Sponsor determines is warranted. By participating, entrant agrees that, in the event of a dispute regarding this Promotion (a) any and all claims, rights or causes of action will be litigated solely in a court of competent jurisdiction in the County of Miami Dade, State of Florida, USA; and (b) these shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, with the exception of Florida conflict-of-law provisions. 8.
