Winner and his/her companion must be the same persons during the combined flights and adventure tours. Marketing Partner s and its Brazilian Passenger airline affiliated, TAM Airlines, tickets are valid on regularly scheduled, published flights, and not on any code-shared flights operated by a carrier other than Marketing Partner s or its affiliates. All reservations are the sole responsibility of the winners and not of the Sponsor, Marketing Partner or Supplier Partners. Expenses not specifically stated in these rules, such as, but not limited to meals, gas, transportation costs, or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. There is no full or partial cash refund permitted for tickets issued or tours awarded in relation to this Sweepstakes, and cannot be negotiated or exchanged for money or any other goods. 6 The Prize air tickets will not be considered for LANPASS or Fidelidade classification of any of the LANPASS or Fidelidade member categories, or to move from one category to another, and do not include the right to earn kilometers miles in the LANPASS Frequent Flyer Program, with oneworld, or any other program that might be implemented in the future. Tickets will be issued to the individuals named by the Prize Winner.
