4 2018 DCNE INCENTIVE TRIP (Dublín & Killarney, Ireland) OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS Trip Date: NOVEMBER 1 8, 2018 Deadline: Must be received by September 1, 2018 to smulkern@dcne.com OR FAX: (781) The participating Dealer will receive credit for all purchases from DCNE invoiced between November 1, 2017 through October 31, Trip points will be earned based on your purchases as described in the Point Schedule and can be tracked daily on DCNE s website: ,000 points per couple are required to qualify, based on 6 cents per earned point. 4. Any point deficit may be purchased at a rate of 6 cents per point. Cost of deficit points will be billed on 9/15/18 and must be paid in full, by check upon receipt of invoice. Airline tickets and trip packages will not be released until balances are paid. 5. All accounts from trip participants, whether from present or prior business affiliations with DCNE must be current and in good standing. DCNE reserves the right to approve all applicants based on these terms. 6. All point values for this trip are based on double-occupancy and an additional fee is required for a single supplement. 7. Points earned will be applied to this trip only and cannot be carried over to another year. 8. Points are non-transferable and must be used within the dealership. 9. BONUS POINTS WILL BE AWARDED FOR SPECIAL PROMOTIONS. 10. Cancellation Policy: All trip participants will be subject to cancellation fees after September 15, (Cancelled airline tickets are non-transferable). 11. Travelers must be 21 years of age. 12.
