The Contest opens on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 0:01 a.m. (EDT) and ends on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at IGA and IGA extra supermarkets in Quebec and IGA extra of Edmundston New Brunswick, excluding IGA at Îles de la Madeleine, at store closing time or 11:59 p.m. (EDT) at the latest, whichever occurs first (the "Contest Period"). For the purposes of the present regulation, KraftHeinz is below defined the "partner and supplier". ELIGIBILITY 2. The Contest is open to Quebec and New Brunswick residents who have reached the legal age of majority in their province of residence who are enrolled in the AIR MILES Reward Program. The Contest is not open to employees of the Contest Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, franchisees, affiliated merchants, agents and successors, advertising or promotional agencies or suppliers of prizes and individuals with whom they reside. *To enter the contest at participating IGA and IGA extra supermarkets, you must have a valid AIR MILES Collector Number. If you do not have an AIR MILES Collector Number, you can get an AIR MILES Card at the customer service counter at a participating IGA supermarket and complete your collector profile by visiting the AIRMILES.ca website or calling AIR MILES Customers Care at AIR MILES ( ). It is also possible to enroll in the the AIR MILES Reward Program at Enrolment is free. By enrolling to become an AIR MILES Collector you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program as amended from time to time. Contest participants must ensure that the address and phone number that appear on their AIR MILES account are correct. HOW TO ENTER 3. You will automatically be entered each time you purchase three (3) participating products* and present your AIR MILES Card. The three (3) participating products must be purchased in one transaction. *See appendix for participating products. 1

2 4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter without purchasing, send a hand-write a letter of about 50 words explaining What is your favorite KraftHeinz product? Include your AIR MILES Collector Number, full name, and contact information, and mail it to "Back to school, Sobeys Québec inc., c/o Ian Dorion, 11,281 boulevard Albert-Hudon, Montréal- Nord, Québec, H1G 3J5. Requests for entry without purchase must be received no later than September 20, Limit of one entry request per day and per envelope during the Contest Period. DRAW 5. The draw will be held at 11:00 a.m. (EDT) on September 27, 2017 at the offices of Sobeys Québec Inc., 11,281 Boulevard Albert-Hudon, Montréal-Nord, Québec, H1G 3J5. Five (5) eligible entries will be selected at random from all entries received by electronic data at participating IGA and IGA extra supermarkets in Quebec and New Brunswick and requests for participation without any required purchase received by mail during the Contest Period. Limit of one prize per person and per residence. PRIZES 6. One (1) grand prize of 100,000 AIR MILES reward miles Four (4) secondary prizes of 25,000 AIR MILES reward miles each The approximate retail value of AIR MILES reward miles prize depends on the chosen method of redemption, available reward options at the time of redemption, and the set preference between AIR MILES Cash and AIR MILES Dream balances. If redeemed with AIR MILES Cash, 95 reward miles can be redeemed in-store for $10 towards purchases at participating AIR MILES Sponsors or 95 reward miles can be redeemed online for Vouchers for $10 worth of value at participating Reward Partners. If redeemed for flights (1200 reward mile minimum required for flight redemption), value depends on destination chosen, date of travel and use of multiple carriers or suppliers. For example, one return economy flight in low season departure from Toronto, Ontario to Winnipeg, Manitoba is 2000 AIR MILES reward miles and has an approximate value of $ (Canadian) excluding taxes. Winner must pay applicable taxes, related transportation fees, governmental levies, excess baggage and other non-ticket costs. The value of AIR MILES reward miles redeemed for non-flight reward options depends on reward options in effect at the time of redemption. AIR MILES reward miles prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program as amended from time to time. AIR MILES reward miles prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. 6.1 All other expense incurred in connection with the acceptance of the prize will be assumed by the winner. The total value of all the prizes offered in this Contest is $52,500 2

3 ODDS OF WINNING 7. Odds of winning one (1) of five (5) prizes depend on the number of eligible electronic entries received at all participating IGA and IGA extra supermarkets and requests for participation without any required purchase received by mail during the Contest Period. Contact with selected entrant 8. Contest Organizer will contact the selected entrants after the draw based on the information provided in their AIR MILES account within three (3) working days of the draw. The entrant will have five (5) working days following the first contact to reply by phone to Contest Organizer, failing which it will become null and void. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within these five (5) days, or does not meet all of the conditions listed in these rules, another eligible entry will be chosen randomly from the remaining eligible entries of the draw. 8.1 Before being declared a winner, the selected entrants will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone, as well as questions to ascertain their eligibility. If the selected entrants answer the questions correctly the Contest Organizer or its representative will send or make available to the winners a Declaration and Release form and a copy of the Contest Rules. Before being awarded a Prize the winners will be required to fill in, sign and return the Declaration and Release form stating that they have read, understood and complied with the Contest Rules and that they release the Contest Organizer and the Released Parties (as the term is defined hereinbelow) from any and all liability in accordance herewith. Details about delivery of the Prize will be provided to the winners during the phone call. 8.2 By entering this Contest and accepting a Prize, each winner hereby: (i) agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules; (ii) acknowledges accepting the Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Contest Organizer, the participating Shell service stations, LoyaltyOne Co., and their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, representatives, franchisees, affiliated merchants, advertising and promotional agencies and Prize suppliers, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the Released Parties ), from any liability with respect to this Contest, the winner s participation therein and/or receipt and/or use/misuse of the Prize or any part thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or use of his/her name, address, voice, statement concerning the Contest and/or photo or any other likeness, without notice or compensation, in any promotion or publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Contest Organizer in any way whatsoever or in any media, including print, broadcast or Internet. 3

4 8.3 The prize of AIR MILES reward miles will be deposited into the AIR MILES account of receipt of his signed Waiver and Release of Liability form at the Sobeys office and following verification of their eligibility by the Contest Organizer. Confirmation letter of the deposit will be sent to the winner. To ensure that the winner receives the Prize in his or her preferred balance, winner should ensure his or her balance preference (AIR MILES Cash balance and AIR MILES Dream balance) are set as desired prior to the prize being deposited into his/her Collector Account. GENERAL RULES 9. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to comply with the official Contest rules and respect any decisions by the Contest Organizer, which are final. 10. The Contest Organizer assume no responsibility for any Prizes that are not claimed on time or are refused, and will not be held liable for any obligations related to the Prizes, including their delivery. 11. The Contest Organizer and the Releases may not be held liable for the use of Prizes awarded for this Contest and assume no responsibility pertaining to the Prizes or events that result from the Contest. They are not liable for any printing, distribution, or production errors, and reserve the right, at their sole discretion and without any obligation or notice, to terminate or withdraw any contest containing such errors. 12. All entries become the property of Sobeys Québec inc. and correspondence will be initiated only with selected entrants. Winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, image, statements concerning the prize, place of residence, and/or their voice for advertising purposes without any form of compensation, and this, at their discretion and without limit as to the period of use, in any media, worldwide, for advertising purposes or any other purpose. 13. For the purposes of these rules, the entrant is the person whose name appears on the AIR MILES card in the case of automatic entry and entry received by mail. If selected, this person will be awarded the Prize and declared the winner. 14. In the event that a Prize or part of a Prize is not available for any reason, the Contest Organizer reserved the right, at their sole discretion, to award a similar prize of equal value. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. 15. After the winner had been awarded his Prize, the Contest Organizer will not be responsible for store closings, changes in ownership, or management, labour disputes or any other situations that may directly or indirectly affect the winners Prizes. 16. The Contest Organizer cannot be held liable for any lost, misdirected or destroyed entries, the loss or theft of electronic data or information, any material, software, or computer 4

5 program damage, or any other problem that would prevent them from holding the draw as scheduled. 17. The Contest Organizer reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend, the contest, in whole or in part, in the event of an occurrence or any human intervention that corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, impartiality, or normal operation of the contest, subject to the approval of Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, where applicable. In all cases, the Organizer shall not be required to award more than one prize or award a prize other than that specified in the Rules. 18. This Contest is managed by Sobeys Québec inc. only. LoyaltyOne, Co. and KraftHeinz cannot be held responsible for anything relating to the holding of the Contest and play no role whatsoever in managing this Contest. KraftHeinz finances only the Prizes and is not a Contest Organizer. 19. This Contest is subject to all provincial and federal laws as well as all relevant municipal regulations. 20. Quebec residents: Disputes regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to Régie des alcools, des courses et jeux du Québec for a ruling. Disputes regarding the awarding of prizes may also be submitted to the Régie, but only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. To obtain a list of the winner, you can also mail a written request with a stamped self-addressed envelope to Back to school contest Sobeys Québec inc., c/o Ian Dorion, 11,281 Boulevard Albert-Hudon, Montréal-Nord, Québec, H1G 3J5.
