Micato is a major door ad supporter of Huru Iteratioal, fouded i 1985 by AmericaShare co-fouder Lora Macleod. Huru maufactures reusable saitary pads, which have bee distributed i Huru Kits to more tha 130,000 Keya girls. Each kit cosists of a colourful drawstrig backpack with eight reusable pads; uderwear; deterget-grade soap for washig pads; a resealable waterproof bag for the safe storage of used pads; ad educatioal materials o HIV prevetio ad reproductive ad sexual health. This is a programme that saves girls 3.5 millio school days that otherwise would have bee lost.
