10 Terms and Conditions Indemnity Form Each participant is required to sign an indemnity form before the tour commences. The guide should clearly advise all participants of this form. Requirement Children aged 12 years old and below are not permitted for white water rafting activity. However, it remains our absolute discretion to refuse any child meeting the minimum age requirement. Pregnant women will be refused participation. Insurance It is necessary for you to provide a list of participants name, age, sex, I/C number, address and nationality, one week before the tour for insurance purpose. Reservation Reservation should be made at least two (2) weeks before the tour commences. Discount Quantity discount is offered to customers who purchase in large quantities (above 80 pax ). Cancellation Five (5) days prior to departure, 50% cancellation fee will be imposed. No show, 100% cancellation fee will be imposed. Unforeseen events In the event of unforeseen circumstances, making it is impossible or inadvisable to proceed on the tour, we reserve the right to change to another location, another date, or cancel it at our absolute discretion. In such eventuality, no resource or claims shall be made against us. Payment Payment should be either by cash or cheque (make payable to Radak Adventure Consultant ).
