We are happy to set up a payment plan with you once we receive your deposit. Final payment is due 90 days prior to the retreat s start date. Refunds minus the $500 deposit are available 45 days prior to the retreat. Cancellations within 45 days of retreat will not receive a refund. *We understand that life happens (emergencies, weather, etc). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund should unforeseen circumstances arise. Travel insurance is recommended. Flight Relations: Cut off for flights coming in to San Jose airport is 3pm on Thursday. Arrival to San Jose International Airport Tuesday August 13 will be by 10 am so guests can begin with flights departing at noon or later. cheapoair.com is a

Hope to leave about 4pm to Fortuna. Three hour drive. Stop for snack and coffee/tea on the way and or dinner and go over itinerary. Get to Resort and settle into rooms for the night.
