This retreat is designed to relax, renew and rejuvenate your mind, body & spirit. Alyssa will offer twice daily practices of Barre and Pilates suitable for new and veteran practitioners alike. In between classes, there will be opportunities to enjoy the beach, swim in the crystalline chemical-free lap pool, kayak, surf, lie in a hammock, zip-line through the jungle, repel down a waterfall, or pamper yourself in a variety of highly professional spa treatments. Blue Osa Accommodations This retreat is open to couples, friends and solo travelers. We have reserved the entirety of the Blue Osa Resort, which has only 10 rooms available for the retreat.

All rooms have private bathrooms. We have developed a pricing plan which accommodates these variables. Rooms are allocated on a first full pay - first serve basis!

We will also help put people together to share if you do not have a travel partner(s).

3 Blue Osa Accommodations This retreat is open to couples, friends and solo travelers. We have reserved the entirety of the Blue Osa Resort, which has only 10 rooms available for the retreat. All rooms accommodate double occupancy, and eight of these rooms can sleep three people. So if you have two friends that want to come, you can stay together and save some bucks while you are at it. All rooms have private bathrooms. We have developed a pricing plan which accommodates these variables. Rooms are allocated on a first full pay - first serve basis! Once all occupants have paid in full, you can pick your preferred room and bed arrangement and we will reserve it for you! We will also help put people together to share if you do not have a travel partner(s). We will try to accommodate all requests, but final allocation of rooms will be determined by available inventory at the time of payment. Save $ per person with Early Bird Pricing! Teak hardwood floors. Elegant, modern furnishings Daily Maid Service Fresh bed linens + towels. Large, screened windows. Reading lamps. A personal safe. Ceiling fan. ROOM 3 Room 3 has 3 double beds. It is a large and comfortable space for up to 3 people. While we don t consider it an ocean view room, this room does have a nice view of the beach and Golfo Dolce. With the windows open, a nice gentle sea breeze is often enjoyed.

ROOMS 4, 5, 6 & 7 Room 4 and 7 are located underneath the open-air studio.

When these rooms are occupied by only two guests, the twin bed is turned into a day bed.

These two rooms also come with a private bathroom.

Room 5 and 6 (Ocean View) are also located underneath the open-air studio. These two rooms both have two double beds and a twin bed. These rooms can accommodate up to 3 people. When these rooms are occupied by only two guests, the twin bed is turned into a day bed. These two rooms also come with a private bathroom. A private sitting area is available for Rooms 5 and 6 facing the ocean.

Room 8 comes with a queen bed, double bed, and a twin. Room 9 comes with a queen bed, and a double bed.

5 ROOMS 8, 9, 10 & 11 Room 8 to 11 are the famous cabinas. While spacious and enclosed, you will feel as you are still in the jungle. Following a typical Costa Rican design, each room comes with a hammock. These rooms are also closest to the 70 foot lap pool. Room 8 comes with a queen bed, double bed, and a twin. Room 9 comes with a queen bed, and a double bed. Room 10 comes with two double beds. Room 11 comes with a queen bed and a double bed. ROOM 12 Room 12 is our newest room, offers a king size bed and private en suite. Great for couples.

6 Reservations & Payment Options Deposit Policy: A $ non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation. This deposit does not guarantee room selection. Room selection requires payment in full. Final Early Bird Pricing Deadline June 30 th, 2017 SAVE $200.00!!! To secure a $ discount on the retreat package price, just pay off the balance of the package price by June 30 th, Final Standard Pricing Deadline September 30 th, 2017 All retreat package balances must be paid in full by September 30 th, Beyond this deadline the reservation may be cancelled, and the room may be allocated to a client on the wait list and/or made available for resale. Payment Plan Options: We will try our best to work with everyone, so if this payment schedule doesn t work for you, please reach out to us so we can explore other options. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, your entire payment will be refunded less the $ deposit if the cancellation is made before September 30th, Should you need to cancel after this date, for whatever reason, we will not be able to provide a refund or credit. No refund or credit will be given for arriving late or departing the retreat early. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance in the case of any unexpected events or changes to your plans before or during your trip. There are many travel insurance companies to choose from but Travelex and STA are two reputable organizations for worldwide travel coverage.
