After writing down landholdings/ development stock in 2011 the Group holds net assets in excess of 91m. With a staff of over 200 and expertise in all areas of development, design and construction the Group has developed in excess of 2 million sq ft in the last 5 years, with a pipeline in excess of 3 million sq ft to be brought onward in the next 3-5 years alone.
