3 Our Mission: To Raise awareness of Alzheimer s Disease in our parish and sister Philoptochos parishes of Toms River, Holmdel and Westfield To educate on symptoms and progression of disease To support caregivers of Alzheimer s patients To raise funds for Alzheimer s research To visit a local care facility To work jointly with neighboring sister Philoptochos chapters
