2 Customer Pick-Up Instructions Pick-up location: 713 W. Fairfield Road Pick-up hours: Monday Friday from 7:00am 3:00pm Prior to arriving: Ensure your local dealer has notified Thomas Built of your bus pick-up time Bring documentation specifying the bus(es) to be picked up Bring personal identification What to expect upon arrival: Enter the Thomas Built Bus Delivery Office outside of the gate Provide bus documentation and identification Sign the New Unit Release Form Unit(s) are retrieved by Thomas Built personnel Customer inspects the unit(s) for any discrepancies following the checklist provided on the Vehicle Acceptance Form (note: all inspection and repair work needs to be completed before hooking up a unit for towing or loading a unit onto a trailer) Thomas Built personnel will correct any discrepancies noted on the Vehicle Acceptance Form checklist Once corrections and rework are verified, customer will sign the Vehicle Acceptance Form Customer takes possession of the unit(s) Provided there are no discrepancies, the process will take approximately 20 minutes

3 Directions From I-40: Take exit 196 (Hwy 311 South) Continue on Hwy 311 South until it splits, then continue to the left onto Hwy 311 bypass for 8 miles and merge to the right onto Business 85 (Hwy 29-70) toward Thomasville Take the Surrett Road exit off Business 85,then take a right onto Surrett Road Turn Left at second light on Fairfield Road First Right into the Thomas Built Bus driveway Stop at brick building on the left (Bus Delivery Office) From I-85: Take exit 118 off I-85 for High Point, which is Business 85 (Hwy South) Continue for 6 miles to the Surrett Road exit, then take a right onto Surrett Road Turn Left at second light on Fairfield Road First Right into the Thomas Built Bus driveway Stop at brick building on the left (Bus Delivery Office) From Business 85 (Hwy 29-70): Travel North on Business 85 to West Green Drive (Fairfield Road) Turn Right on West Green Drive, which is actually Fairfield Road Pass the second light at Surrett Road and take first right into the Thomas Built Bus driveway Stop at brick building on the left (Bus Delivery Office) Food & Hotels within five miles along Main Street: Take a right onto Fairfield Road Take a right at the second light, Main Street Go down as far as I-85
