2 PARK OVERVIEW NORTH is a beautifully landscaped development park comprised of office, industrial, flex and retail space. Accessible by a four-lane, divided median entrance into the park, Greenfield North is currently home to tenants including Golden State Foods and Butterball. Strategically located at the I- and Highway interchange in Garner, North Carolina, Greenfield North is the only rail-serviced industrial park in the region. Just a few miles southeast of Raleigh s amenity-rich downtown, the park is minutes from the I-4 Beltline, the proposed extension of the Outer Loop (I-5) and the RDU Airport. NORTH

Totaling over 710,000 square feet, White Oak Crossing is anchored by prominent national retailers such as BJ s Wholesale Club, Kohl s, PetSmart, Dick s Sporting Goods, Pier 1 Imports, Rack Room Shoes, Target, and Best Buy. THE OUTER LOOP The Triangle Expressway (I-5) Southeast Extension project began in 1997 and has over 30 miles of completed freeway in a radius around Raleigh. The next phase of the loop will extend from Highway 55 in Apex to I- near Greenfield North. There are currently five different routes being considered by the North Carolina Turnpike Authority. Two of the routes being considered would have the Triangle Expressway intersecting with I- within one mile to the south of Greenfield North. The remaining proposed routes would bring an interchange to Garner located no further than five miles from Greenfield North.
