2 CONFERENCE FACILITIES IT S THE SNOW Big White is home to the best snow in British Columbia and the longest season in the Okanagan Valley. Mother Nature blesses us with an average of 750cm (24.5 feet) of 100% natural, dry and fluffy powder snow up to and beyond the season, every year. This abundant snow fall provides endless days of fresh lines and winter fun. Connect with your team Connect your company this winter at Big White Ski Resort in one of our conference rooms. Our conference facilities are the ideal venue for team building retreats, strategic planning sessions, working meals or whatever you have in mind. The Groups Department will customize an itinerary for your group, from the conference room, to accommodation and lift passes and other exciting activities. With a variety of ski-in, ski-out accommodation available within our resort village. Conference rooms of varying size are available at our three hotels; Chateau Big White, Inn at Big White and the White Crystal Inn. Big White Ski Resort requires that accommodation is purchased through Big White Central Reservations to confirm your conference room booking. The accommodation booking requirement for the White Crystal Inn is a minimum of 4 hotel rooms and for Chateau Big White the minimum booking requirement is 2 hotel rooms. For the Inn at Big White no rooms are required. Rooms booked must be in the same hotel as the conference room being booked, eg. For the White Crystal Inn Conference Room, 4 hotel rooms must also be booked in the White Crystal Inn at the time of booking.

3 Chateau Big White CONFERENCE ROOM The Chateau Big White Conference Room is located on the third floor of the hotel with elevator access. The building is located in the central village. The room is approximately 364 square feet and is perfect for groups of up to 20 people. Available from 7:30am-11:30pm. They are able to cater to your needs for breakfast, lunch or dinner (including delivery). Taxes 5% GST Mandatory gratuity of 15% applicable to food & beverage Outside food & beverage not permitted

5 Inn At Big White CONFERENCE ROOM With fantastic views of the Monashee Mountains, the Inn at Big White Conference Room is conveniently located on the main floor of the hotel. At 650 square feet, this room can be set up in a variety of ways for any group up to 30 people. 6 Inn At Big White conference room configurations food and beverage The Blarney Stone Irish Tavern located in the hotel, is able to provide your group with catering. They are able to cater to your needs for breakfast, lunch or dinner (including delivery). Outside food may be bought in however any alcohol must be provided by the Blarney Stone only. 7 White Crystal Inn CONFERENCE ROOM The White Crystal Inn Conference Room is located on the first floor of the hotel. The room has a partial view of the village and is located next to Lara s Gondola. Featuring a gas fireplace and a large mantel, this room is warm and inviting. The room is approximately 900 square feet and is perfect for groups of up to 45 people.
