We know you will have a wonderful time enjoying the Sea, the Sand, and, of course, the Sisters! We would appreciate it if you would pass this information on to the appropriate person in your chapter, and make the proper number of copies for your members. Use the information provided to register you and your sisters, but don t put it off too long. The registration deadline is March 1 st, This is definitely a first come, first served event and we are afraid that not everyone who wants to come will actually be able to get a reservation! So please do not delay! Note: Registration for those from out of the Carolinas will not be processed until three weeks after packets are mailed. Dress comfortable so you can survive the games, dancing, and general good fun we will be stirring up. Cash Bar at 6:30. Dinner will be served buffet style at 7:00 8:30. Find those binoculars, cameras, sunglasses, hats, Bermuda shorts, etc. and join us for lunch decked out in your best version of the Tacky Tourist! 11:45 AM 1:30 PM Afternoon: Shop until you drop at the Beta Boutique and then enjoy the beach, the pools at the Crown Reef, shopping at nearby Market Commons or just enjoy hanging out with your sisters! Dinner: The theme for the evening is I Love Beach Music and who doesn t? Come prepared to do a little shag dancing South Carolinas Official State Dance! Of course, we will be doing all kinds of other dancing too. Cash bar opens at 6:30, Dinner at 7:30 and dancin til. Sunday: AO Coffee: Meeting of the AO s Brunch: 8:00 AM 9:30 AM Enjoy brunch and our final gathering as we celebrate the Sister part of our theme of Sea, Sand and Sisters by wearing your favorite sorority shirt. 3 Host Hotel Information Crown Reef Resort and Conference Center 2913 South Ocean Blvd. Myrtle Beach, SC Group room rates are available from April 30 th to May 7 th, 2013, based on availability. You may call the hotel, directly at or call toll free at Reservations must be made prior to March 1, 2013 to guarantee the group rates listed below. Any reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and at current rate. You must also request group code 5574 in order to receive the Beta Sigma Phi convention rate. Please note that the hotel is ocean front. Parking is in a parking garage with the hotel. All convention activities will be held across the street at the Crown Reef Conference Center. Check in for both the hotel and the convention is at the Convention Center!!!! Rooms: Double Queen Efficiency $89 per night, plus 13% tax and a $6.22/night resort fee. The rate is for 2 adults. Each additional adult is $10.00 per night. The unit has two queen beds and opens to a balcony, great for kicking back and taking in ocean views. CHECK AILABILITY Deluxe suite - $105 per night, plus 13% tax and a $6.22/night resort fee. The rate is for 2 adults. Each additional adult is $10.00 per night. The unit has two queen beds, one double murphy bed and one double sleeper sofa bed. This room features views of the ocean from the comfort of a balcony. In all units, the bathroom has a shower/tub combination, as well as a hair dryer. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and cable channels with HBO are offered for your entertainment. The private kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, a stovetop, coffee maker, toaster oven and a microwave. Air conditioning, a safe, and a phone with free local calling are conveniently included. The property has indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and fountains and a 575 foot lazy river. There is also a fitness center and guest laundry facilities. Parking is in an attached parking garage. All rooms open to an outside walkway. 5 Table Reservation for the Beta Boutique (Ways & Means) Tables available on a first come first served basis. Set up time begins Saturday at 7:30 AM. The Boutique will be open from 8:30 AM 11:30 AM and from 1:30 PM 4:30 PM on Saturday. The cost for a table is $ These are six feet long and will be draped. Please bring a sheet or something to use to cover your display during the lunch break as this is in an open area. We will announce winners by name rather than ticket description or color.
