Cameron was an Ontario lawyer, businessman and political figure. He was a Conservative member of the Canadian House of Commons representing Peel. Very decent strike. $150.00

9 Item Kingston Penitentiary 1856, stampless folded letter (a father to his son) from St. Gabriel de Brandon LC paid 3d to the Kingston Penitentiary (via Berthier and Montreal). Originally addressed to a priest. The letter is written in French and reads in part: come back home as soon as you re free of your punishment, I can t send you money, I m poor.
