A scarce and neat local use. $30.00 Item Quadruple weight registered to Germany 1920 (Aug 2, 1920), 1, 20 Admiral tied by faint grid cancel from Montreal Sub No.95 on cover paying 21 quadruple weight registered letter rate to Germany (b/s). London transit (b/s). This is the new rate effective Jul 15, registration, 5 first oz, 3 additional oz (effective for 14 months). By comparison, this cover is much rarer than the 20 Admiral registered rate to Germany ( effective for 4 years). Nice keyhole and censored tapes. $150.00
