The Zoo will illuminate the night with 500+ lanterns in the shapes of animals and flowers positioned to tell mini-stories throughout the grounds. Some lanterns will be upwards of 19 feet tall and nearly 50 feet long and symbolize illuminating the future and the reunion of family. We will stop at the service plaza on the way to eat. Bring extra money if you would like to make any other purchases. Huron, OH Autumn is a beautiful time of year for taking pictures, what better place to get the perfect picture than Sheldon Marsh in the fall, with the leaves changing and the crisp cool air. Then we will go over to Eats n Treats for a snack. You can use your phones to take pictures or if you do not have a camera let me know, I will find one for you to use. Pictures may be used in our Art Show in March.
