Network / Kick-off Meeting and 7 th Annual Product Show Mark your calendars now for the Baltimore Chapter Product Show! Wednesday, September 7, PM to 8 PM The 7th annual product show will be held at the North Baltimore Radisson Hotel in Timonium. An open bar and food will be available during the event. Technical Session Topics consist of: Skip Harclerode of the MD Board of Engineers - Engineering Code of Ethics Joe Pessa IAQCP of Dynamic Air Quality Solutions - IAQ, Air Cleaning, and Energy Mandy Bedard of EVAPCO, Inc. - Understanding Legionella Bacteria and its Sources More details to follow in next month's Thermogram. Your Board of Governors and Chairmen and Chairwomen have freshly returned from the Chapter s Regional Conference (CRC) held in Philadelphia during the dog days of summer. Many Congratulations to Adam Fauer and Jeff Shook for bringing home the medal! Adam was instrumental in maintaining Baltimore s high level of performance in our National Society s Presidential Award of Excellence (PAOE) challenge. Likewise, Jeff did another outstanding job with Research Promotion. Our chapter is fortunate to have such dedicated volunteers. Our Chapter will kick-off our year with our 7 th Annual Product Show in Timonium. Technical Sessions complete with Professional Development Hours (PDH) will be available. Our always supportive Manufacturer s Representatives will be displaying the latest in technological development in their equipment. This is a once in a year opportunity to kick the tires, obtain technical information, and mingle with the local equipment experts in HVAC and Refrigeration. Our chapter is in need of a couple of good volunteers. Specifically, we could use some help with our Website and with Government Advocacy. If you have talent in these areas that you would like to put to good use, please reach out to myself or any board member. Your help will be very much appreciated.
