He finally told me " I was trying to talk to a particular lady and some guy got mad at me." Officer Daly talked to the victims inside the bar while I waited outside with Nobody we talked to had a clear picture of how the event started. Upon their arrival I learned they are not able to check a person's blood sugar per their policy. They asked questions and checked his eyes. They said they were satisfied that he was lucid, and left the scene. I offered to call detox for who agreed to go with them. Officer Daly called for detox via radio.
