The banking institute was made aware of the situation and closed the account. Disposition: Admin. A search of the parking lot did not find any subjects. The officer searched the Walk2Campus lot and found two subjects there and they stated they had been arguing about some matters. They were fine and stated they would be going in. The victim stated the bike was parked under the breezeway at Johnson Hall and when she returned from winter break the bike was missing. The victim does not know the serial number. Time Reported: 8:01 PM Time(s) Occurred: 8:01 PM Incident Type: Driving Under Suspension 1 st Synopsis: The officer ran the vehicles license and found it to be suspended and conducted a traffic stop. The subjects drivers license was also suspended due to cancellation of insurance. The subject was arrested and taken to the RHLC for booking. The officer made contact with the student and was informed as to why they were there. Subject 2 handed the officer a small mag containing a marijuana bud. A search of the room did not reveal anymore drugs. Subject 1 will be referred and subject 2 was advised to leave for the night. The subject allowed the officer to search his area and there were not signs of a rifle or ammunition. The subject did advise he had one at his parents house in Greenville. EMS responded and transported the student to PMC for further evaluation and treatment. The student advised she has epilepsy and is on medication. The victim declined to be seen by EMS.

The student feels threatened and feels the subject may try to make contact with him. The student did see the subject at a basketball game recently. The student was advised if any further contact was made to contact Campus Police. Location: Roddey Apartments Incident Type: Welfare Check Time Reported: 3:38 PM Time(s) Occurred: 3:38 PM Synopsis: The officer made contact with the student who was possibly thinking about harming himself. The student was very agitated and stated there were a lot of issues going on but he did not want to harm himself. The officer and student spoke for some time and he appeared to be settled down. The room they thought it was coming from it was not and they were unable to determine the location. Location: West Center Incident Type: Medical Assistance Time Reported: 5:17 PM Time(s) Occurred: 5:17 PM Synopsis: The officer responded in reference to a student who had become lightheaded, feel down and began to shake when she got off the exercise bike. The student got up and did it again. The officer had EMS responded and transported the student to PMC for further evaluation and treatment.

The mother usually speaks with the student everyday but had not. The officer responded to the students room and was informed she was at a sorority meeting. The officer went back a short time later and met with the victim who was charging her phone and had just made contact with her mother. The student was fine. The student advised she had not eaten much and was trying to change her diet. The student feels her blood sugar may have dropped. EMS arrived and transported the student to PMC for further evaluation and treatment. After some investigation the student was found in her room by her mother. The student had been with her boyfriend. The service technician responded to the scene and was able to open the doors to let the complainant out.

Thomson Hall Incident Type: Violation of Policy Time Reported: 11:25 PM Time(s) Occurred: 11:25 PM Synopsis: The officer responded in reference to a student who had been drinking and was acting strangely. The subject when into another room where there was a group of students making strange remarks and came back with a knife. The knife was confiscated and the officer was able to speak with the student the next day and he apologized. The student did not want the knife back and no other weapons were found in his room or vehicle. All of the subjects were under 21. The beverages were confiscated and discarded. All subjects will be referred to the Deans Office. The officer viewed video footage and saw where a vehicle went through and when the arm came back down it snapped in half. 6 Date Reported: 01/30/2019 Date(s) Occurred: 01/30/2019 Location: Park Ave Incident Type: Suspicious Person Time Reported: 10:59 PM Time(s) Occurred: 10:59 PM Synopsis: Complainant contacted WUPD about a possible kidnapping in the Park Ave. area. The officer met with the victim whom he had given an escort about an hour prior. The victim stated she was in her vehicle when a subject came up to her vehicle asking for help because his vehicle had been towed. The victim did not help the subject and the subject left. The subject never attempted to grab or harm the victim. Location: 218 Ebenezer Rd Incident Type: Assist Other Agency Time Reported: 9:03 PM Time(s) Occurred: 9:03 PM Synopsis: The officer responded in reference to a subject who was hiding in the bushes of her residence. The complainant wanted to make the officer aware and had already contacted RHPD about the incident. The officers checked the area and did not locate a subject. Location: Good Building Incident Type: Other Follow Up Time Reported: 8:37 PM Time(s) Occurred: 8:37 PM Synopsis: The victim from an earlier came back into Campus Police and wanted to make a correction to her report. The victim was outside her vehicle when the subject approached and she quickly got back into her vehicle. The subject left the area. Location: 925 College Ave. Incident Type: Suspicious Person Time Reported: 10:48 PM Time(s) Occurred: 10:48 PM Synopsis: The officer responded in reference to a suspicious person. The victim stated an unknown subject knocked on her front door but she did not answer it. The subject walked a couple of houses down and got into a s silver four door sedan which dropped him off right down the road. Location: DiGiorgio Campus Center Incident Type: Suspicious Person Time Reported: 4:54 PM Time(s) Occurred: 4:54 PM Synopsis: The officer responded in reference to a suspicious person and an incident that occurred the evening before. The officer spoke with the complainant and got all the information. The officer also advised the complainant about contacting Campus Police and the LiveSafe app.
