She was found to be in Age 49 Redwood City Substance possession of a controlled substance. Of Belmont She was cited and released on a promise 2100 block of Manzanita Av General Information to appear. Deputies were dispatched on a report of a possible burglary in progress. The reporting party heard a crashing sound come from the back of the residence. Deputies conducted a perimeter check and found the backyard door was unlocked and ajar. They did not locate any suspects or find any signs of forced entry. No items were missing from the residence. The report was taken for informational purposes.

He was cited and released on a promise to appear. Deputy observed a male subject attempting to urinate next to a dumpster. Upon contact, it was learned the subject had an active felony warrant with the Contra Costa County Sheriff s Office. He was arrested and booked into the SMC Jail. Coroner s case. Subject was cited and released on a promise to appear for driving with a suspended license. Deputy was dispatched on the report of a transient male yelling. Upon contact with the subject, it was learned he was in possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was cited and released on a promise to appear. Unknown suspect(s) shattered the front passenger window of the victim s vehicle and stole a pair of sunglasses. The total approximate loss was $130. There is no suspect information or leads. Deputies were dispatched on the report of a male subject acting suspicious. Upon contact with the male, he was found to be in possession of unlawful paraphernalia and a controlled substance. He was arrested and booked into the SMC Jail. Deputy was dispatched on the report of a possible intoxicated driver. Upon contact with the subject, it was determined she was under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested and booked into the SMC Jail. threatening phone calls. Upon contact with the reporting party, it was learned a past neighbor was making threatening phone calls. The case has been forwarded to the DA for review. Deputy made contact with a subject who had an active misdemeanor warrant with the Belmont Police Department. He was cited and released on a promise to appear. Upon contact with the subject, the deputy observed objective signs of being under the influence of alcohol. The subject was arrested and booked into the SMC Jail to be released when sober. Deputies were dispatched on the report of a theft. An unknown suspect entered the victim s backyard through an unlocked gate and stole a wireless surveillance camera. The total approximate loss was $150. The investigation is ongoing. a stolen vehicle. Unknown suspect(s) stole the victim s unlocked vehicle while it was parked in the victim s driveway. There was approximately $600 worth of miscellaneous items in the vehicle at the time it was taken. The vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle System. There are no suspect leads. Unknown suspect(s) damaged a front door and removed the copper water line from a building in a park. Approximately $3,800 worth of damages and repair were estimated. There are no leads. Deputy responded on a report of a past theft. A juvenile was found in possession of an ipad that belonged to an elementary school. The victim did not wish to press charges and instead requested the ipad be returned. The case has been forwarded to the juvenile DA for review. Deputy made contact with a subject in a vehicle. It was learned the driver was in possession of a stolen vehicle. The driver was also found to be in possession of lock picking instruments. He was arrested and booked into the SMC Jail. an auto burglary. Unknown suspect(s) shattered the front passenger side window of the victim s vehicle and took several items. Upon contact with the subject, deputies were given multiple different birthdays and incorrect age by the subject. The subject resisted being placed into handcuffs by the deputies. The reporting party positively identified the subject. He was cited and released on a promise to appear. past vandalism. A male juvenile used a wooden bat to break the rear passenger window and damage the front windshield of his mother s vehicle during an argument. He then left the area on foot. There was approximately $1,000 worth of damage. The juvenile was entered into the Missing Person System and the case has been forwarded to the juvenile DA. Deputy made contact with several juveniles. It was learned one subject was in possession of a narcotic controlled substance. He was cited and released to his parents.
