3 Day 1 - Sun 23 Aug Home to London via Sydney - This morning we depart from the local are and make our way to Sydney for our flight to London (Other departure points Australia wide available upon application). Dinner & Breakfast will be served whilst onboard. (D) Day 2 - Mon 24 Aug Nights London - Upon our morning arrival into London we transfer to the hotel where we have the remainder of the day to relax and explore London. Check in is from 3pm, therefore we can store our luggage before exploring. Such changes could occur either prior to departure or during travel. Any change in cost is chargeable to the client. Documentation: Documentation will be issued two to three weeks prior to commencement date of helloworld Laurieton services unless alternative arrangements have been made. It is the client s responsibility to check all air tickets and vouchers immediately upon receipt. Visa Requirements: It is the client s responsibility to ensure that they are carrying all the necessary visas and paperwork at the time of travel. All passports must have a minimum of 6 months validity from date of return. Please ensure you contact the relevant consulate/authority prior to travel as visa, entry and passport requirements are subject to change. Travel Insurance: It is a requirement that everyone travelling on this trip has a adequate Travel Insurance. helloworld Laurieton can advise you on a policy that will best suit your requirements. Please also note if you have NOT taken out Travel Insurance with us, there will be a $ fee per person should you have a claim and require a letter from us regarding your Travel arrangements. Client Responsibility: You should familiarise yourself with any health and visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas that your intend visiting, and you shall be responsible for all entry, exit, health and other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are carrying a valid passport at all times. Passport, visa and vaccination requirements are not our responsibility and we are not liable for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with the above. It remains your responsibility to ensure that these documents are in order and to meet any additional costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with such requirements. You accept that you may be travelling through areas of political or climatic instability, high altitude and remote areas without proper medical services, and accept the associated risks.
