2 Beautiful Pembrokeshire Pembrokeshire has so much to offer: beaches, castles, theme parks, boat trips and so much more. Local to Sunnyvale we have the lovely seaside resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby. Saundersfoot is a thriving seaside village, just a mile away from Sunnyvale. With several beaches, a lovely harbour, pubs and ice cream parlours, there is something for everyone. Tenby is approx 3.5 miles from Sunnyvale and is a picturesque place built within the town walls. During the summer holidays, the town centre is closed to cars and has a street cafe feel, as people sit outside enjoying their drinks, and strolling down the main street enjoying the traffic free zone. Just a short boat ride from Tenby is Caldey Island, where you can buy chocolate, perfume, jewellery and cakes made by the local Monks. All along the Pembrokeshire Coast there are many beaches where you can just sit and relax, even in the height of Summer. You can take the kids to one of the attractions near to Sunnyvale Folly Farm, Oakwood, Heatherton, Manor House or the Dinosaur Park. For those of you who prefer culture, there are numerous Castles and Gardens near to Sunnyvale. The quaint village of Little Haven is on the west coast of Pembrokeshire at the southern end of St Brides Bay. An old fishing village with a good deal of charm and character. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority has designated Little Haven as a conservation area. With the Cathedral city of St Davids, Uk s smallest city, the county town of Haverfordwest and the north Pembrokeshire coastal areas of Newport and Solva all reasonably close by, there are so many places to visit. Sunnyvale is ideally located less than one mile from Saundersfoot and approximately 3.5 miles from Tenby both offering outstanding beaches. The hirer has a legal obligation to pay the balance of rent. To assist in relieving the expenses that can arise when late cancellations are necessary due to causes referred to below, we advise you take out Cancellation Policy. The scheme covers the repayment of the balance if the hirer or a member of the party is unable to occupy the holiday home/pitch. We will refund the balance and no further money need be paid whether the holiday home/pitch is re-let or not. The scheme covers cancellation due to serious illness, accident or death of any member of the party listed on the booking form. The scheme does NOT cover the illness, accident or death of any person not a member of the listed party, illness or accident insufficiently serious to prevent the person from taking the holiday, alteration of the holiday dates, posting away or abroad or maternity. Under this scheme, cancellation will be accepted up to 48 hours before the date of commencement of your booking. If less than 48 hours notice is given (either by telephone, fax or letter), the scheme will only apply if we are able to re-let the holiday home/pitch when full refund will be made subject only to an administration charge. All the facilities at Sunnyvale, including Clubhouse with nightly entertainment, indoor heated swimming pool and much more are available free of charge to Valley Grove guests. Valley Grove consists of 10 semi-detached bungalows all with ample parking and is less than 1 mile to Saundersfoot and 31 2 miles to Tenby. The Park consists of three types of bungalows all with ample parking: 4 berth Bungalow Lounge/Diner with television and electric fire. Well equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, electric kettle and toaster. Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Two bedrooms with electric heating, one double and two single beds. Electricity included. 5 berth Bungalow As above but the second bedroom has one single bed and full size bunk beds. A booking forms a contract between you (the person making the booking) and the Park. We agree to hold the accommodation/touring pitch for the agreed days in a suitable holiday home/touring pitch for the number of people in your group, and you (the person making the booking) agree to pay for the accommodation/touring pitch as requested. We would therefore, recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance in case of cancellation. We can arrange cover for you, (see Optional Extras) or you can arrange cover yourself. 12 Kids Club During the early part of the evening Kids Club meets for games and activities.membership of the Kids Club is free and each child will receive a members badge and booklet. Chances to win special Edition Patch the Panda Medals. Although the club will be geared to the 4-11 year old age group, exceptions will be made. Patch the Panda will join in the activities, and he will be happy to show you all the dance moves to all of the popular dance tunes. Children are in for a fantastic time here at Sunnyvale so bring them along to the clubhouse each evening. Also in Stars, we will continue with our very popular quizzes, competitions and karaoke evenings with chances of winning FREE holidays. We also will be showing live selected sporting events throughout the year on the televisions around the club. If we are unable to re-let, the hirer is liable for the balance of the hire fee. 3 Phone bookings will remain firm provided we receive your postal confirmation and initial payment within five days. No reservation will exist until an acknowledgement and acceptance has been received by the hirer. 4 All bookings commence at 3.00pm (subject to unavoidable delays) on date of arrival and terminate at 10.00am on date of departure. 5 Sunnyvale Holiday Park Ltd, reserves the right to re-let a caravan if the prospective tenant and his party have not taken up residence by 10am the morning after the start date of the holiday unless notified to the contrary. It will be deemed that the booking is cancelled and all monies forfeited. 6 The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition and the hirer will make good or pay for any furniture, fixtures and equipment which may be broken, lost or damaged during occupation of the caravan. 7 Young parties of all males/females or combination of both are not accepted. 8 Due to clerical work involved any alteration or amendment requested by the client after the booking form has been received will be subject to an alteration fee of This fee should be sent with the confirmation (within five days of telephone call if applicable). 9 Sunnyvale Holiday Park Ltd reserves the right to refuse any booking application. For the well being of guests, Sunnyvale Holiday Park Ltd, reserves the right to terminate the party s holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons in the holiday party might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of guests or members of our staff. 10 All facilities will be available from February 10th to November 7th. 11 Sunnyvale Holiday Park Ltd shall not be liable in the event that accommodation or advertised facilities or amenities are not available due to circumstances beyond its control. 12 It may be necessary at the beginning or end of the season to amend or withdraw certain facilities according to demand.
