1 Jenny Wren Holidays offers a choice of super holiday bungalows set in an idyllic location on the fringes of Galmpton village, near Brixham, Devon. Nestled between Torbay and the Dart Valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Galmpton Park is a small and wellkept development of 46 privately owned holiday bungalows and is attractive, quiet and peaceful (no pubs or clubs). We are a 10 minute walk to the The Manor Inn, which serves good food and is dog friendly. Agatha Christie s former home, the captivating Greenway House & Gardens (now National Trust), is just a mile down the road.the beautiful beaches of Broadsands (1.4 miles), Goodrington Sands (2.5 miles) and Elberry Cove (1 mile) are a stone s throw away, with Goodrington North sands and Elberry Cove beaches open to dogs all year. The park also offers superb views of the River Dart and across to Dartmoor in the distance. You can walk down to the Creek in 10 minutes. We are very competitively priced with weekly prices ranging from 290 to a maximum of 520 per week depending on bungalow and time of year. Short breaks are available, usually a min of 3 nights between October and end of May or if there is late availability. Dart Haven and Dart Vale offer 2 night breaks at a flat rate of between October and May. 2 CHOTA KOTI 39 GALMPTON PARK HOLIDAY BUNGALOWS Allocated parking space for one car next to the bungalow further overflow parking available for visitors. Children welcome aged 8 years and over. Level access suitable for people with restricted mobility Bed linen, towels and tea towels are all provided. Friday Changeover in peak season. Short breaks available out of high season (October end of May). Welcome pack included to include tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Chota Koti (meaning The Little House ) is a pleasant end positioned 2 bedroomed holiday bungalow with level access. Two bedrooms sleeping up to 3 people in one double size (4 6 ft) bed and one single (3ft) bedded room both with wardrobes, drawers and bedside tables. The beds have pocket sprung mattresses and the double bedroom has a 32 TV. There are electric heaters in both bedrooms. Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. Bedrooms have carpeted flooring. Country style cream fitted kitchen with handy side by side fridge and freezer, electric single oven and ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, electric steamer & blender. Tiled flooring. No pets allowed, sorry. Lounge/diner with 32 TV with Freeview & DVD player. There is a circular dining table with 2 chairs and a stool in the bedroom for a third person. The cushioned window seat is a nice place to sit and watch the world go by. An electric fire and a further portable oil filled radiator are provided to keep you warm and cosy in the colder months. Carpeted floor. Shower room has enclosure with electric shower, a heated towel rail, WC and bathroom cabinet. Outside is a south facing patio with lawn in front furnished with patio table and chairs.

Spindrift is a beautifully light and airy revamped bungalow having been totally stripped out and insulated to provide excellent accommodation all year round with a spacious airy feel. A particular feature is the window seat at 8 feet wide. 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 3 people in one king size (5 ft.) bed and one single (3ft) bedded room both with wardrobes. The beds have pocket sprung and memory foam mattresses. Cream kitchen with full fridge freezer, electric double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, stove top espresso maker, cafetiere and wok. Lounge/diner with 32 flat TV with freeview, DVD player & CD player. There is also a fabulous 8 wide window seat. Drop leaf dining table plus 4 chairs. Shower room with wall heater, vanity unit and Mira Sport shower. Toilet sits higher than average so would also be suited to the less mobile person. Folding door allows for ease of access. South facing patio with lawn in front offering views towards the Dart. Patio table with umbrella and 4 chairs plus 2 reclining loungers provided. The patio is fully enclosed with low fencing and a gate.

Available all year and short breaks offered between October and the end of April each year (min 3 nights) Allocated parking space no more than 25 metres from the door. Dart Haven is very tastefully presented & modernised by the owners, who have thoughtfully provided every convenience you would expect at home. 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 3 people. 4 6 double with memory foam mattress, wall cupboards, bedside tables and second 22 TV. Dart Vale has 1 large double bedroom and sleeps up to 2 people (plus space for travel cot). Dart Vale was refurbished and re-configured from it s original two bedroom design and now provides light and airy one bed roomed accommodation. This chaming bungalow is most thoughtfully equipped (the owners use it themselves when in the UK), and attractively presented with a roomy open plan layout. Very popular with guests who are always impressed with this property.
