1 The Retreat By The Lake Summary The Retreat is an Upscale Executive Lakeside villa just 10 minutes from Disney Description Welcome to our villa, The Retreat by the Lake. The Retreat is an upscale lakeside rental villa in the Orlando Florida area just minutes from Disney World. We cater to discriminating guests. The Retreat has been completely renovated and refurnished to a high standard rarely found in the Disney vacation home market. Your stay here will be remarkable. Our guests discover that spending afternoons chilling by the pool of The retreat is a perfect counterpoint to the crazy times at the theme parks. The Retreat is a 4bedroom, 2bathroom single story bungalow with its own private pool overlooking the large lake at Sunset Lakes. The king master bedroom, the living room and dining room offer guests a spectacular south facing view of the lake. Attached to the king master bedroom is a large ensuite bathroom and walkin cupboard. The queen master bedroom and the two twin bedrooms offer privacy. A wellequipped modern main bathroom is located off the hallway. All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV s, BlueRay players, and charging stations for your devices. We offer you the option of converting one of the twin bedrooms into a Mickey Mouse room for the young or young at heart. The living room features a 55 smart TV, Comcast cable, blue ray player and a Netflix package. A library of DVD/Blu ray discs is conveniently located near the entertainment center. Also available is a great selection of books for pool side reading. The Retreat has free WIFI throughout the villa for internet access.

2 The dining room can seat 6 with space for two more at the bar. The fully modernized kitchen features a glass top stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The freezer includes an icemaker. The kitchen is richly equipped with appliances and utensils. The pool deck has 2 loungers, 4 chairs and a table with a sun umbrella. There is a second table and four chairs under an exterior ceiling fan in the covered lanai. A propane BBQ is available for your use. The Retreat has a games room complete with a slate pool table, dart board, and Xbox gaming system. The Retreat By The Lake is located on a treelined street in the quiet gated community of Sunset Lakes. This location is a true oasis in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Whether you ve just Mickeyed your way through the Magic Kingdom, flown a Banshee at Animal Kingdom, or spent the day on the links converting that 96 into a 69, you can return through the gates of this wellestablished community into a peaceful, serene environment where you have your own spacious villa at a fraction of the cost of a 5star hotel. Sunset Lakes is well populated with wildlife. Ducks, Ibis, Sandhill Cranes, Eagles, and Osprey are common. Catch and Release fishing is allowed on the fish stocked lakes. Limited fishing gear is available at The Retreat. When staying at The Retreat, one can be lulled into believing that you are in the country far away from it all. You wouldn't suspect that you are just minutes away from the theme parks and the stores / restaurants of Kissimmee. Grocery, big box and drug stores are also just minutes away. Everyone who visits The Retreat and Sunset Lakes is impressed by the peaceful tranquility of the neighbourhood and the lake. Other vacation home communities close to the theme parks cannot offer you this combination. Sunset Lakes is a gated community with an electronic key code access and surveillance system. The Retreat itself has its own electronic key code access system. Your code, which is unique to you and your stay, will be provided to you by prior to the start of your vacation. If any issues arise our Property Management Company is available to assist you. Two hotel grade safes are available to protect your valuables. All sliding doors at The Retreat are secured by safety locks and door alarms so you can keep track of the little ones. The Retreat backs onto the lake, not someone else's backyard. Visibility from the neighbour s backyards is restricted by hedges, screens and the lake. The Retreat uses many energy saving technologies including CFL lighting whenever possible. The Retreat has a games room with a pool table and XBOX system. In addition to your own private pool overlooking the lake there is a community pool just steps away from the Retreat where you can entertain larger groups. The Retreat is fully cleaned by our professional staff before and after each guest however guests may request additional cleaning services if desired at a cost of $100 + tax per cleaning. The Retreat has free WiFi internet access throughout. The Retreat is also equipped with an internet radio that allows you to receive international music and news from around the world.
