From Michael Hardy, $100 for the Class of 1965 gift. From Denise and Madeline Block, $256 for the Class of 1965 gift. From Forest City Tree Protection, liquid root fertilizer valued at $ for various trees in the district. 4 4.11 RATIFICATION OF SELTA CONTRACT The South Euclid Lyndhurst Board of Education approves a contract agreement with the South Euclid Lyndhurst Teachers Association (SELTA) for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, Motion made by: Seconded by: 4.12 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING This Memorandum of Agreement entered into this 1 st day of December, 2015 by and between the Board of Education of the South Euclid Lyndhurst City School District ( Board ) and the South Euclid Lyndhurst Teachers Association ( SELTA ): HOURLY ACADEMIC TUTORS 1. Hourly Academic Tutors shall work up to 160 days during the school year and shall work up to five and one half (5.5) hours per day. The five and one half (5.5) hours per day or lesser daily schedule must be consecutive. 2. The tutor daily schedule must include a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive minutes of planning and record keeping time, and must occur within the regular hours of the student school day at the building of assignment. 3. Compensation shall be at the rate of $27.50 per hour and shall exclude the fringe benefits identified in Article XXXIV, B. FRINGE BENEFITS Motion made by: Seconded by: 4
