11 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Middlesex County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund (the Fund ) has determined to employ of Joseph Monzo as CMFO of the Fund in accordance with the terms of the Agreement attached hereto, at a salary of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($18,600.) per year plus out-of-pocket disbursements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED on this 23 TH day of January 2013 by the Commissioners of the Middlesex County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund that Joseph Monzo shall be employed by the Fund for calendar year 2013 in accordance with the terms of the agreement attached hereto.
