The response this year has been nothing short of amazing smashing all previous records by a mile - from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your belief & as always we will do our best to give you the event dreams are made of. All the Artists on the bill are so fired up for this one & have been planning sets for weeks & weeks, it really is shaping up to be something special. We ve put together this information document to hopefully help your Croatian experience to be that much more exciting, many of you for the first time

No wristbands can be taken for anyone other than the actual ticket holder SKIDDLE, FANINC (monthly deposit tickets), RA & FESTICKET TICKET HOLDERS as above but please mention at the box office who your booking was made with as you could be on a different list on file. EVERYONE HAS TO HAVE PHOTO I-D - please be patient with our staff as it is just so much busier than ever before LOVE MUSIC TRAVEL TICKET HOLDERS Again so many more than ever before - LMT will have sent you & your party a PDF to print off. The Party leader will need this & if your guests are travelling separately make sure they have a copy too

Each wristband for each guest will not be given out without I-D & the PDF BOX OPENING TIMES The Box Office can be found right at the entrance to the site. Opening times are as follows WEDNESDAY 18th JULY til THURSDAY 19th JULY FRIDAY 20th JULY SATURDAY 21st JULY SUNDAY 22nd JULY MONDAY 23rd JULY til til til til til TUESDAY 24th JULY til BOAT PARTIES As you all know most of the boat parties sold out in record time, that s more than 3000 of you setting sail in the azure Adriatic We still have tickets available for boats at the moment though you can still purchase what few are left at

4 : Dial 112 : 112 TICKET EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY (full & boat tickets) WHAT CAN I DO IF HAVEN T GOT A TICKET BUT WANT TO GET ON MY FAVOURITE BOAT? Boats are boarded on the pier down by the cocktail bar - There are almost always a number of tickets available on the day for all of the boats. You will see a banner with full instructions along the boats boarding fence, just make sure you get down there nice & early & our friendly staff will be there to assist & direct you where to go in order for you to obtain a ticket - PLEASE BE PATIENT we will try to help in anyway we can, but in order to do this you need to take your time & wear a HUGE smile on your face TICKETS FOR THE BOATS - all these have been issued & sent to you on Eventbrite please make sure you have printed these & bring them with you - your tickets will be scanned & they are all bar coded so can only be used once - EVERYONE will get on who has a pre paid for ticket - Just make sure you get there in good time as the boats have to leave on time & finish on time so if the boat is late everyone suffers & the magic won t be as long Refunds for boats or full tickets are not possible under any circumstances, however if for one reason or another you have to sadly cancel, we would hope that your own travel insurance would cover this

6 : Dial 112 : 112 GETTING ABOUT IN TISNO & THE LOCAL VILLAGES & AIRPORT TRANSFERS FOR AIRPORT TRANSFERS - Please make sure you have pre booked with Shuttle tours GETTING ABOUT LOCALLY - You will see the train running on a regular basis to & from the site for a really cheap rate, as is everything else in Croatia TAXIS - We highly recommend our dear friend Mario who operates from the infamous Burgarella s next to the site - his contact details are or Mario can also help with airport transfers & last minute accommodation requests. WATER TAXIS - Leaving from the festival site s pier, and taking you directly to the town centre. Water taxis also take you direct to Barbarella s Discotheque for late night after parties. It is literally, the only way you want to get around Tisno. Contact details are WHAT CURRENCY SHALL I BRING? LOCAL CASH POINTS The local currency is the Kuna, you will need plenty of these to spend on the site & on all the local attractions, restaurants, bars etc. your local accommodation will accept Euro s - Thankfully for us poor Brits, Croatia is a very cheap holiday destination compared to some other European Resorts so its all thankfully still good & you will love the hospitality of our many many dear friends in Tisno. ATMS & BANKS - There are now 2 ATMs on the site 1 at reception the other in the Restaurant Magnolia & at least 8 we know off situated in Tisno. There is one small bank next door to Hotel Tisno, but check the opening times as it is limited Credit / debit cards are accepted on all bars, but can be slow due to GPS signal being weak, so cash is quicker CLICK HERE TO SEE TISNO MAPS >

7 : Dial 112 : 112 ON-SITE ACCOMMODATION Apartments / Mobile homes / Glamping tents / Airstreams Check in is easy. Once you ve collected your wristband from the Box Office you can head straight to the Garden reception where a member of staff will check you into your apartment and issue an onsite accommodation wristband. CHECK IN HRS on the day of arrival CHECK OUT HRS on the day of departure A reminder of what you need to bring with you: 1) Accommodation confirmation 2) Passports for all guests. These will be kept for the duration of stay at reception, and returned on check out when the tourist tax of 1 per person, per night is settled. The reception is open 24 hours a day for the duration of the event for both check in and any queries. PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION We d recommend confirming the exact check in method with the apartment owner before arriving in Croatia. Ensure you have the following information: 1) Contact details for the owner / agency 2) A pre-arranged Check in time and location 3) Full address of your accommodation with map printout of location 4) Print out of your booking confirmation with any receipt of payment 5) A method to reach your accommodation

8 : Dial 112 : 112 USEFUL BITS What if I feel ill / need medical attention? There is a first aid team onsite at the Garden, or alternatively speak to any member of staff who can help. There is also an emergency ambulance available in Tisno The nearest hospital is in Sibenik town, 20km away. If you need medical attention at the hospital then please take your passport with you, as there is a reciprocal arrangement for UK passport holders. Citizens from other countries should check with their embassy. IT IS A CONDITION OF YOUR BOOKING TO HAVE A FULLY COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE PACKAGE. NO LIABILITY WILL BE ACCEPTED BY SUNCEBEAT OR OUTGOING FOR ANY CUSTOMERS TRAVELLING WITHOUT INSURANCE. EU citizens should being their EU Health Insurance card for free medical care if needed at hospital. What If I lose my wristband? We cant replace your wristband so please be careful! I have a problem with my accommodation onsite, who do I talk to? The reception is open 24/7 in the Garden, all queries can be dealt with here. Is there WIFI at the festival? WIFI can be purchased from reception for a period of 1, 3 or 7 days. Who can I talk to about.? There is an info point at the Garden where staff will be able to assist you with any queries. The info point opening times are HRS I ve lost my phone / wallet / passport, what do I do? Please contact the local police as something as valuable as this may need a police report for insurance purposes. Drugs & Alcohol Please drink responsibly. And please note that all drugs are looked upon very seriously by the Croatian Police.

10 : Dial 112 : 112 TOURIST INFORMATION Tisno is a historical and cultural delight, featuring 18th century architecture and Romanesque churches, alongside some excellent restaurants serving local Mediterranean cuisine. Some recommended restaurants are Tereza, Tic Tac, Prova, Broscica, Toni, Ferali & Gina. CAMPING Once you ve collected your wristband from the Box Office you must check in at reception to receive your onsite accommodation wristband. General Campsite Information 1) Reception is open 24 hours a day for the duration of the event for both check in and any queries. 2) Phone charging points are available at the info point. Please bring your own charger. 3) Showers and toilets are available on the campsite 4) Drinking water is available on the campsite LOST PROPERTY Lost property will be handed in at the following locations: ONSITE APARTMENTS Lost property will be handed in at the main reception FESTIVAL SITE lost property will be handed in at the info point.
