Medium Value Framework High Value Framework - 500k - 10m+ - 10m and over From a standing start in April 2010, these two NWCH Frameworks have exceeded all expectations in what has been achieved. The current frameworks end as follows: High Value - April 2014 Medium Value - August 2014 Low Value - January 2015 As of 2012 NWCH also launched the Engineering and Professional Services Framework (EPS), which gives public sector clients access to a wide range of construction and property related consultancy services.
