27 THE FUTURE Building on Our Successes August 2013 will see the start of a two year re-procurement cycle of High, Medium and Low Value Frameworks. The current frameworks end as follows: High Value - April 2014 Medium Value - August 2014 Low Value - January 2015 As of 2012 NWCH also launched the Engineering and Professional Services Framework (EPS), which gives public sector clients access to a wide range of construction and property related consultancy services.
