If you wish to bid on an item during the auction please wave this number in the air. The auctioneer will make a note of your number if you are the highest bidder. After the bidding has finished please approach the tables at the back of the hall where you can pick up your envelope with details of your promise. There will be members of the fundraising team available at the back of the hall to help you find your promise and receive your money. A guided tour of the Rolls-Royce Heritage Exhibitions in Derby for up to 4 people including complimentary lunch Rolls-Royce has a large collection of historic exhibits from its long history, with over 300 examples on show from the earliest motor cars to the famous Merlin engine of the Spitfire and Lancaster and on to today s jet aircraft engines. The tour will be conducted by a member of The Rolls-Royce Heritage Trust who will take you round the exhibitions on both the Wilmore Road and Osmaston Road sites and will give a comprehensive explanation of the exhibits and the formation of Rolls- Royce into the company of today. A complimentary lunch will be provided in your break between the site tours. This prize is available on week days only. La Tranche sur Mer is the nearest seaside town 5 miles away. It is due north of La Rochelle, the nearest airport, which is half-way down the west coast of France. The easiest way to reach the property is to fly and hire a car. The obvious tourist attraction is the extent of lovely beaches, within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle is well worth a visit especially to the port. The main town of the Vendee is La Roche sur Yon and is popular. It is a very popular holiday area in summer.
