We are thrilled that you have chosen Six Flags Over Texas for your 2018 Senior Nite event! We d like to congratulate all of the graduates as well as the teachers on a job well done. The Six Flags team is looking forward to making this night one you will never forget. Enclosed in this packet is important information and guidelines for SENIOR NITE at Six Flags Over Texas. Please read through this packet carefully and share this information with all coordinators, organizers, chaperones, and administrators involved. Please ensure that every student and chaperone knows, understands, and adheres to the Six Flags Senior Nite said rules and regulations. Additionally, please give a copy of the rules and regulations to each chaperone/sponsor, and a copy of the dress code to all students. 2 CHAPERONES Each school will be given one (1) complimentary chaperone ticket per ten (10) paid Senior tickets. Each chaperone ticket will also include a wristband that is clearly marked Sponsor. These tickets and wristbands must only be used for chaperones. All chaperone tickets and wristbands will be mailed with your SENIOR NITE student ticket order. The Main Contact from each school must check into the main chaperone center located at the Crazy Horse Saloon immediately following admission to the event. We require at least 1 to 2 chaperones remain in the Crazy Horse Saloon at all times. The Sponsor wristbands that will be issued with your ticket order will allow you access to the chaperone centers. Chaperones are responsible for all students and guests regardless of age. All chaperones must be at least 21 years of age. Chaperones, just like students, must adhere to all SENIOR NITE rules and regulations. Six Flags Over Texas will provide several areas for the chaperones participating in SENIOR NITE. Crazy Horse Saloon (the main chaperone center) o Located in the Texas Section o Open from 10:00 pm - 5:00 am o Snacks & Refreshments o Door Prizes o Movies o Board Games JB s Smokehouse (open select hours) o Located in the Old South Section o Hors D Oeuvres o Breakfast Chaperone Movie Room o Located behind the Indian Village Trading Post in the Texas Section o Only open during the time that JB s Smokehouse is closed All chaperones participating in SENIOR NITE must have knowledge of the rules and regulations and be aware that they are responsible for all students participating from their school.

3 PARK POLICIES In addition to the Park Polices already in place at Six Flags Over Texas, the following rules and regulations apply during SENIOR NITE: Absolutely NO alcohol, drugs, or weapons of any kind are permitted. Only buses or chaperone driven vehicles will be permitted to park. No student, or guest of a student, will be permitted to leave SENIOR NITE prior to park closing unless accompanied by a chaperone. ALL vehicles attending the SENIOR NITE Early Admission/Dinner Package should arrive no earlier than 9pm, and vehicles attending with the regular SENIOR NITE package should arrive no earlier than 10:30pm. No outside food, drink, snacks, or other food/beverage containers are permitted. ALL students and guests are required to adhere to the Dress Code provided or entrance to SENIOR NITE may not be permitted. GENERAL INFORMATION Illnesses/ First Aid: In the event a student becomes ill, a chaperone will be notified and directed to the First Aid Station Located in Spain. If an illness is considered major and the student needs to go to a hospital, a chaperone will be required to accompany them to the hospital as well as contact their parents/guardians. Students with Special Needs: Please complete the Special Exceptions form on our website for any student requiring assistance. Wheelchairs are available for rent. Wheelchair rentals are located behind the Flash Pass rental booth in the Star Mall area. Six Flags Attraction Access Program is designed to accommodate guests with disabilities or certain other qualifying impairments so they may participate in the enjoyment of our parks. 4 DRESS CODE All students must adhere to their school s dress code policies and must meet, at a minimum, Six Flags Over Texas s standard park dress code. We offer a suggested list of clothing/items to help with no delays in entry. It is the school s responsibility to ensure all participants are dressed appropriately prior to arriving at Senior Nite. Anyone not adhering to the event dress codes may have delayed entry into the park and may not be granted admission without finding alternate clothing. T- shirts will be available for purchase at the front gate if needed (estimated cost $6- $8). In addition to the Six Flags Dress Code, we will be enforcing certain Senior Nite dress codes. No clothing or accessories will be allowed if they display school names, mascots, or initials such as: Shirts, pants, shoes Jackets & hoodies Hats/head gear Backpack/bags Other accessories SIX FLAGS PARK DRESS CODE In keeping with our family-friendly environment, and for safety reason, Six Flags enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn in the park at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing or tattoos with offensive language or graphics are not permitted at any time. Examples of clothing NOT permitted are those displaying: Profanity Pornography Graphic violence Support of drugs or drug use Gang symbols Promotion of discrimination against any group Mask and hoodies with face covers

5 Remember: Six Flags Security has the right to refuse admission to anyone they deem not appropriately dressed for the event. Every person attending the event will have to pass through metal detectors upon arrival. Any student or guest not permitted because of dress code must remain accompanied by a chaperone until a resolution has been found. Temperatures sometimes drop overnight it is recommended to avoid wearing shorts, skirts, or dresses. We look forward to seeing you at Senior Nite 2018!
