If Payment is not complete during this period, equipment can no longer be reserved and thus becomes available to another client. Balance to be paid 3 days prior event. No refunds under any circumstances. Cancellation of reserved equipment amounts to a loss of potential bookings. Cancellation fee of 15% will apply.
