Your food court and booths will be decorated with carnival cut outs, stuffed animals, 100 helium balloons salt water taffy and more. All of the tables in your picnic area will be covered in heavy plastic, carnival colors of course. Step right up! EVENT STAFF / SET-UP EVENT SUPERVISOR Experienced Event Supervisor will manage your event from start to finish FIRST AID SUPPLIES Basic first aid supplies (EMT available for an additional fee) PICNIC STAFF Chefs, Food Runners, Booth Attendants and Event Staff EVENT SET-UP All foods will be char-broiled and prepared fresh on-site.
