Lines of Credit 36. Priority 1 - Cash Resolution setting forth the official intent by the State Bond Commission to reimburse Lines of Credit expenditures with proceeds of General Obligation Bonds for requests submitted by the Office of the Commissioner, Division of, Office of the Governor, for the granting of lines of credit and authorization to issue General Obligation Bonds in the amount of $916,077,055 for projects contained in Priority 1 of the current Capital Outlay Act (Act 4 of the 2017 Second Extraordinary Legislative Session) and listed in the attached exhibit. 37. Priority 5 - Non-Cash Request submitted by the Office of the Commissioner, Division of, Office of the Governor, for the granting of lines of credit for which no cash expenditures will be made this fiscal year in the amount of $865,209,050 for projects contained in Priority 5 of the current Capital Outlay Act (Act 4 of the 2017 Extraordinary Legislative Session) and listed in the attached exhibit. S State of Louisiana (General Obligation Bonds) Consideration of a resolution creating and establishing an issue of not exceeding $340,865,000 General Obligation Bonds, funding lines of credit related to capital outlay projects as listed in the attached exhibit; authorizing the issuance and sale; and providing for other matters. 39. S State of Louisiana (Revenue Anticipation Notes) Consideration of a preliminary resolution to provide funding to avoid temporary cash flow shortfalls and to provide a working balance in the State General Fund to enable the State to pay expenses in a timely manner from currently budgeted and appropriated revenues of the State General Fund for Fiscal Year ; providing for the publication of the Notice of Intent; and providing for other matters. 40.
