Wade Davenport (Wade) is a Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) licensed in North Carolina and has 26 years experience, 7 years of practical field experience under the supervision of a licensed surveyor, and 19 years as a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. Wade specializes in the review of final drawings, scheduling field work and assisting field crews performing boundary surveys, easement surveys, topographic surveys for engineering and architectural design, construction staking, elevation certificates and residential loan surveys. EDUCATION: Pitt Community College \ Lenoir Community College William C. Butler, Jr. (Billy) is a Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) licensed in North Carolina and has 27 years experience. Billy has been a licensed Professional Land Surveyor since December 27, Billy specializes in civil, commercial, industrial, private, architectural, boundary, subdivision design, erosion and sediment control plans, topographic surveys and reviews final drawings and plans. He has done extensive work in subdivision design. Billy has 19 years of computer drafting experience and he handles business operations for Atlantic Surveying on a day-to-day basis also.

Janowski Engineering PO Box 2792 Winterville, NC POSITION: Owner - Practicing as Sole Proprietor or Partner Since 1991 EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, North Carolina State University, 1980 REGISTRATION: Professional Engineer, 1985 EXPERIENCE: Mr. Janowski s experience includes the coordination of projects with clients, state agencies, local agencies, federal regulatory agencies, citizen focal groups and government boards. He has successfully built and managed teams of professionals that have been responsible for planning, preparation of reports, construction plans, technical specifications and contract documents for water and wastewater facilities, schools and their infrastructure, transportation facilities, commercial and industrial site, and subdivisions ranging from small single family and multifamily communities to golf course communities. Mr. Janowski has extensive experience in designing and permitting projects in the Neuse River and Tar/Pamlico River water sheds. He has engineered projects utilizing the best management practices such as wet detention basins, bio-retention areas, recharge trenches, and constructed wetlands. He has also provided construction phase services for the observation and successful completion and certification of water and sewer facilities, storm water facilities, roads and site infrastructure.
