The buoy is a yellow conical buoy with Fl.Y.5s as light character and is fitted with a radar reflector and a yellow lying cross as top mark. 5 4 >20/310 (T) PORT OF ANTWERP - CHURCHILLDOK - MOORING PROHIBITION QUAY A mooring prohibition is in force in the Churchilldok at quay between mooring post 211 and mooring post 228. A mooring prohibition is in force in the Hansadok at quay from mooring post 4 up to and including mooring post 10. 6 5 THE NETHERLANDS >20/312 (T) WESTERN SCHELDT - WALSOORDEN - SECTOR LIGHT OUDE HOOFD Due to damages at the power cable of the sector light Oude Hoofd, the power of the light is reduced. The damage at the cable needs a major action. Repair works will last for about 6 months. _(Belg. charts: 103, 104/07 and 104/08) _(Source: Vlissingen: Bass nr dd 30/08/2013) >20/313 (T) WESTERN SCHELDT - PAS VAN RILLAND - CURRENT AND FLOW MEASUREMENTS Current measurements (OSM) and a flow measurements (ADCP) will be performed in the Pas van Rilland. The OSM-current measurements: This will be performed by an OSM-current meter which will remains during 4 weeks. The OSM-current meter will be established on 26 September in position: 51 21,459 N ,539 E. The current meter will be covered by a yellow marking buoy with a radar reflector and anchored with a rock. ADCP-flow measurements: The ADCP-measurements will be performed on Tuesday 8 October from 06:00 until 19:00 by measuring vessel Kaloo or Scaldis.
