The main transportation concessionaire for Orlando International Airport. We are the preferred transportation provider for Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld Adventure Park. Hourly charter rates, and mileage rates are based on portal-to-portal. All charter rates are quoted on mileage or hours, whichever is greater. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of fare. Local attraction transfer rates are round trip. Vehicle does not remain with group. All transfers will be considered charters after 15-minute grace period and no-shows after 30-minute grace period. 10 TARIFF ORLANDO 2019 EXCLUSIVE ROUND TRIP AIRPORT SERVICE Group Sizes 250 2,000 + AIRPORT ARRIVALS Event Coordinators will meet your passengers on the baggage claim level of the Orlando International Airport with a logo greeter sign. Each Event Coordinator is in radio/cell communication on the baggage claim level with the dispatcher(s) on the lower level and with an Event Coordinator positioned at the hotel. Our hotel coordinator advises the hotel s front services staff of your group s arrival, and can keep the registration desk up to date on incoming and delayed flights. INCLUSIONS Uniformed Event Coordinator(s) at airport and hotel. Radio/cellular communications. Black and white or color logo greeter signs. Exclusive vehicles and driver gratuity. Transportation coordination on-site. Mears management service. AIRPORT DEPARTURES Two days prior to the main departure day, departure notices will be distributed stating group departure times and the departure location from the hotel. On departure day, uniformed Event Coordinator will be positioned at the hotel to greet your guests and dispatch vehicles to the airport. The airport staff will be advised by radio communication of your group s estimated arrival time. INCLUSIONS Uniformed Event Coordinator(s) at airport and hotel. Radio/cellular communications. Liaise with hotel regarding entrances and bag pull. Exclusive vehicles and driver gratuity. Transportation coordination on-site. Departure notices (generic group notice only, not including room delivery). Mears management service. Note: Exact configuration of vehicles is based on actual manifest. CRUISE TRANSPORTATION Mears Transportation Group is contracted to provide transportation from Orlando International Airport to and from Port Canaveral for Disney Cruise Line. We provide motorcoach transportation between the Orlando International Airport and Port Canaveral each sailing day. DISNEY CRUISE LINE Guests must contact Disney Cruise Line Guest Services to make arrangements for transfers to or from the airport, resorts and Port Canaveral. (Mears does not sell tickets or provide vouchers for this service). Disney Guest Services phone number is Those guests that have arranged bus transportation from the Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral on their sailing day with Disney Cruise Line need to check in with the Disney Magical Express Welcome Center on the B side Level 1 of the airport. Departures from the Airport begin approximately 9:30 a.m. and continue until approximately 3:30 p.m. PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION If you would like to book private transportation to or from Port Canaveral, this must be pre-arranged in advance. 11 2019 TARIFF 9 PROCEDURES - Orlando area Mears Transportation Group CONTRACTED VOUCHER CLIENTS We will accept vouchers endorsed to Mears Transportation Group from contracted FIT clients only. Each passenger should have a voucher for one way or round trip airport/hotel transfers and should present them to the Customer Service Representatives at the Mears Service Counters. Your standard net discount will apply to the current rates. The hotel name and hotel code must be printed on the voucher along with the total number of adults (ages 12 +), total number of children (ages 4-11), and total number of infants (ages 0-3). Upon arrival, your clients will present their voucher(s) for one way or round trip Airport/Hotel and any Hotel to and from an Orlando area theme park transfers, at the following Mears Airport Counters: A Side Terminal: From the Baggage Claim Area-Level 2, take the escalator or elevator closest to Baggage Carousel #5 & #6 or Baggage Carousel #11 & #12 down to Level 1 Ground Transportation. B Side Terminal: From the Baggage Claim area-level 2, take the escalator or elevator closest to Baggage Carousel #24 & #25 or Baggage Carousel #29 & #30 down to Level 1-Ground Transportation. Mears has Four (4) Service Counters Two (2) counters are located on the A side Terminal Level 1 and Two (2) counters are located on the B side Terminal Level 1. The Mears Service Counters are located against the back wall (Level 1-Ground Transportation) on either end of the rental car counters for each side of the airport. After obtaining a ticket at the counter, the Mears Customer Service representative will direct you to the boarding area on level 1. Once you have checked in with our starter at the boarding area, you will board a shuttle to your hotel. Arrival reservations are not required. For Contracted Clients the balance is due upon receipt of invoice after all transportation is completed. For Non-Contracted Clients the balance will be due five (5) days prior to group move. CANCELLATION POLICY Luxury fleet (Sedan, SUV and Luxury Van): No charge if cancelled /changed more than 4 hours prior scheduled spot time. 100% charge if cancelled/ changed fewer than 4 hours prior scheduled spot time. All other fleets (Motorcoach, Limousine, Shuttle Van): No charge if cancelled / changed more than 24 hours prior to scheduled spot time. 50% charge if cancelled / changed between 12 and 24 hours prior to scheduled spot time. 100% charge if cancelled / changed fewer than 12 hour prior to scheduled spot time. Out of state transfers require an additional 24 hours notice over that listed above. Specialty Vehicles outsourced through another company: No charge if cancelled more than 24 hours prior. 100% charge if cancelled fewer than 24 hours prior. Staff policy: No charge if cancelled more than 24 hours prior. 5 hour minimum if cancelled within 24 hours.

12 TARIFF MEARS OPTIONS FOR ELECTRONIC BOOKINGS Mears is moving to electronic bookings (voucher-less) for all Shuttle and Global reservations. This process is expected to be implemented soon and we will need the support of our partners. Below are multiple options Mears has available for our customers to ensure this transition is seamless. 1. Mears API (Application Programming Interface) a. Real-time interface for pricing, creating, updating, and canceling reservations 2. Mears can receive a manifest excel spreadsheet with fixed defined data fields that can be uploaded and Mears will write a process to upload to Mears reservation system 3. Mears can retrieve a manifest from your system a. FTP File Transfer, usually a nightly batch process b. Updates are limited to agreed run times c. No interactive pricing requests allowed for the Wholesale Let us know which option will work for you and we will get our IT Department involved so we can move forward. MEARS REQUIREMENTS FOR ELECTRONIC BOOKINGS Per the listed Mears options for electronic bookings Mears will require the following to make this process whole. 1. Consistent format. 2. If the format changes update Mears with format modifications. 3. All fields must be independent of each other. 4. Location and titles of fields may be unique to your business.
