1 ADVANCE AUTO STORES REMINGTON, INDIANA, under contract with Advance Auto Stores of Roanoke, VA, provided Civil/Site and MEP/FP Engineering services for the construction of a new 650,000 sq.ft. distribution center. Working with a design-build contractor, Liberty Engineering provided complete engineering services.

2 ADVANCE AUTO STORES ARCADIA WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK WEISENBERG TOWNSHIP, LEHIGH COUNTY, PA, under contract with Advance Auto Stores of Roanoke, VA, provided Civil/Site Engineering services for the construction of their regional distribution center. Liberty Engineering designed the original 500,000 sq.ft. building and then added a 150,000 sq.ft. addition. Advance Auto is now under construction of their 289,000 sq.ft. building addition for a total building size of 939,000 sq.ft..

3 CHRIN COMMERCE CENTRE, LOT 1 PALMER TOWNSHIP, NORTHAMPTON COUNTY VERUS PARTNERS, LLC AND DUKE REALTY, under contract with Verus Partners LLC originally, and then Duke Realty, provided Civil/Site Engineering services for the creation of a 250 acre industrial park and all related infrastructure design. Liberty Engineering also provided engineering services for the first 1,100,000 sq.ft. distribution center.

4 PROPOSED WAREHOUSE FACILITY ARCADIA NORTH BUSINESS PARK, LOT 2 CLARIUS PARTNERS, under contract with Clarius Partners of Chicago, IL, provided Civil/Site Engineering services for the design of a 1,000,000 sq.ft. warehouse within the 700 acre business park that we designed.

5 ELECTRONICS BOUTIQUE (EB GAMES) SADSBURY TOWNSHIP, CHESTER COUNTY THE NORWOOD COMPANY, under contract with The Norwood Company of Allentown, PA, provided Civil/Site Engineering services for the new headquarters of EB Games. We provided Civil/Site and MEP engineering services, including obtaining municipal approvals for the project.

6 FIRST PARK 33 LOWER NAZARETH TOWNSHIP, NORTHAMPTON CO. FIRST INDUSTRIAL REALTY TRUST, under contract with First Industrial Realty Trust of Harrisburg, PA, provided Civil/Site and MEP/FP Engineering services for the twobuilding warehouse project and we also created the park infrastructure for the project. Liberty Engineering provided full engineering design and handled municipal approvals for the project..

7 NEWLINS MILL ROAD PALMER TOWNSHIP, NORTHAMPTON COUNTY THE NORWOOD COMPANY, under contract with The Norwood Company of Allentown, PA, provided Civil/Site Engineering services for the design of the 300,000 sq.ft. distribution center that is currently owned by Berwin Properties. We provided complete engineering design and municipal approvals for this project.

8 RITNER HIGHWAY PROPOSED WAREHOUSE WEST PENNSBORO TWP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA VERUS PARTNERS, LLC, under contract with Verus Partners, LLC of Chicago, IL, provided Civil/Site Engineering services for the design of a 1,200,000 sq.ft. warehouse distribution facility. Liberty Engineering provided complete site engineering and municipal approvals for the project, as well as the design of the water and sanitary sewer services to the site.

9 LEHIGH VALLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK VII, PHASE 4, LOT COMMERCE CENTER BOULEVARD, BETHLEHEM, PA LIBERTY PROPERTY TRUST, under contract with Liberty Property Trust of Bethlehem, PA, provided Civil/Site Engineering services for the construction of a 1,200,000 sq.ft. distribution center for Walmart. Design included all engineering and municipal approval services for the redevelopment of this brownfield site.
