SPUR ROUTE (to be operated as required): 1. Beginning at the intersection of Concord Road & Bridgewater Road, located in the Township of Aston, thence via Bridgewater Road and Judy Way to private property of Elwyn s Bridgewater OTC facility; returning via the same route. 2. Beginning at the intersection of Middletown Road (PA Route 352) & Old Forge Road, located in the Township of Middletown, thence via Old Forge Road, private property of Fair Acres Geriatric Center, returning via the same route. TURNBACK LOOPS (to be operated as required): 1. Beginning at the intersection of Concord Road & MacDonald Boulevard, located in the Township of Chester, thence via MacDonald Boulevard, Commerce Drive and MacDonald Boulevard to the intersection of MacDonald Boulevard & Concord Road. 2. Beginning at the intersection of 9 th & Engle Streets, located in the City of Chester, thence via Engle Street, 7 th Street and Yarnall Street to the intersection of Yarnall & 9 th Streets.
