3 About The Fort Washington Technology Center is a 680,000 square foot premier suburban office property located along the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Fort Washington, PA. 4 Ownership OWNERSHIP Somerset Properties is a privately held real estate investment and operating company in its third decade of performance. The company was originally established in 1996 to acquire, develop, and actively manage real estate investments primarily for individual private investors. Today, Somerset Properties is a full service real estate firm with in-house expertise in acquisition, development, property management, leasing, and financing and investment management services. Over the years, Somerset Properties has expanded its business platform to include a variety of property types in multiple markets throughout the eastern United States.
