SPA TREATMENT FOR A CHILD* LOW The children are considered persons between the age of 3 10 years, incl., and may receive a spa treatment (Complex Spa Treatment, Relax Spa Treatment) only after a special examination by a paediatrician. In such a case, the child shall be treated upon a medical report prepared by the paediatrician. The spa treatment for a child may be confirmed already together with the reservation only under a prerequisite of the Client s client delivery of the medical report from a paediatrician from its homeland not older than one month, on the capability to undergo the spa treatment. The paediatrician examination is also possible be carried out by a doctor-specialist paediatrician directly in Savoy Westend Hotel in such a case, SWH does not confirm the spa treatment for a child together with the reservation, Client order only paediatrician examination for 100 and the Client s client may purchase the spa treatment for a child in place after the examination and recommendation of SWH paediatrician. 8 PAYMENT CONDITIONS Stays from 1 to 6 nights 100% payment 7 days prior to arrival at latest Stays of 7 and more nights 100% payment 14 days prior to arrival at latest Group stays (3 and more rooms or 6 and more persons) 100% payment 21 days prior to arrival at latest Reservations made after the date of payment will be confirmed after immediate payment in full. Reservation will be confirmed only after providing a guarantee with a debit or credit card. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS Stays from 1 to 6 nights - Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival 100% of the price of the 1st night - Cancellations (stay shortenings) made within stay 100% of the price of the next night Stays of 7 and more nights - Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival 50% of the total reservation price - Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival 100% of the total reservation value - Cancellations (stay shortenings) made within stay 100% of the total reservation value Group stays (3 and more rooms or 6 and more persons) - Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival 50% of the total reservation value - Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival 100% of the total reservation value - Cancellations (stay shortenings) made within stay 100% of the total reservation value SECURIZATION OF POSSIBLE BOOKING CANCELLATION* Each stay in Savoy Westend Hotel, regardless of the type or length, can be secured against the possible booking cancellation. Price for the securitization of possible booking cancellation is a 10% from the reservation price. Price of the securitization of possible booking cancellation is not a subject to any discount or a commission and is non-refundable. Based on paid securization price in case of booking cancellation no cancellation fee will be charged. * As a cancellation is considered any change of booking (stay shortening, room type and room category changing, range of services etc.) made downwards before arrival or within the stay.
