Terms and Conditions Pricing All Prices are valid until 31 December The package prices are applicable for all retreats for either one or two persons. One room (either single or double occupancy) must select the same package per stay, either Thai Touches, Healthy Luxe or Couple s Harmony. Each package requires a minimum stay of three nights, except for peak season (25 December to 5 January) which requires a minimum stay of five nights. Longer retreats are also available upon request. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of all estimated costs. Cancellation or reduced stays while at the resort will incur a charge of 100% of all estimated costs. Bookings for 26 December 2015 to 5 January 2016 require a minimum stay of five nights and maximum stay of seven nights and cancellation notice 14 days prior to arrival date. Restrictions: To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we regret that we cannot accept children under 12 years of age to join THE BARAI Retreats. Although they may stay with the parents (one child under 12 years per room maximum) but the spa environment and some of the activities are not suitable for children. Other Conditions: Prices are subject to availability. No refunds or credit will be issued for unused portions. Hyatt reserves the right to alter or withdraw this programme at anytime without notice.
