5 MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS FOR TENDERING The bidders are expected to include the following in their bids: 1. Registration/ incorporation of certificate. 2. Copy of valid CR Copy of valid business permit. 4. Copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate. 5. Copy of registration with NCA on Building Construction. 6. All documents in the bid must be serialized. 7. Special categories should attach respective AGPO Certificates Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain Management Office, AFC Building, County Government, Kabarnet (along Kabarnet Eldoret Road); during Official Working Hours (8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) The tender documents cont aining detailed information on the tenders can freely be downloaded from the county government website: or IFMIS PORTAL: Complete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the documents so as to be received on or before the date and time indicated in the IFMIS Price quoted must remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the opening date Manual Submissions WILL NOT be accepted.
