5 2 M/s. NDA PLASTECH, Pune 7. Authority letter for approaching electric, water of land department for the above work. 1. Some of the conditions of this above referred tender are very stringent and strange so most of the bidders who are SSI will not be able to compete in the bidding. We have executed an order of Rs lacs for last Kumbhmela at Nashik. Clause No.1.5 (b) and 1.5 (c) are asking very high values of work done and average annual turnover which are not feasible for SSI units. Other tenders ask for annual turnover of 30% of the contract estimated value. We are in this field from last 17 years but no tender was floated by any organization more than value of Rs.60 lacs. We have executed orders of Rs.50 to 60 lacs value at a time. We can execute this tender with no problem in the time line expected but the conditions mentioned above will not allow us to participate in it.
