Four Presentations from YP-Com members (about technical topics -3 De Paepe-Willems Award winners are presenting during the seminar-). Report of EnviCom activities from our Japanese EnviCom delegate. Discussion about a future plan of PIANC, new events of YP-Com (Young Professionals Commission) and how to proceed with the following events. Commission meeting to discuss about the progress of current action points (open meeting). Technical tours to Port of Yokohama and Port of Tokyo, and Kamakura. Limousine Bus to Yokohama City Air Terminal (Yokohama Station) -> 30min. 2. KEIKYU train to Yokohama Station -> 30min. Haneda Airport(HND) is more convenient if there is a direct flight from your country. 3

5 Third day (Wednesday, 10th): Kamakura is a coastal town in Kanagawa Prefecture. Kamakura is a small city and a very popular tourist destination. Sometimes called the Kyoto of Eastern Japan, Kamakura offers numerous temples, shrines and other historical monuments. * It takes about 30minutes from Yokohama to Kamakura. Kamakura s Buddha Enoshima beach Fourth day (Thursday, 11th): Technical tour to Tokyo Port by ship. It is one of the biggest ports in Japan. This area is gathering attention, because the Olympic Games in 2020 will be held in this area. We can visit the brand-new bridge (Tokyo Gate Bridge) and ports under construction. * It takes about 45minutes from Yokohama to Tokyo. *Lunch is not included. Hotel Route-Inn Yokohama Bashamichi (Standard hotels in this area cost around $50-80 for one night.) *We depart from Sakuragicho Station in Yokohama for all technical tours. It is recommend to stay at Yokohama for a whole day period. Costs: Seminar room, lunch(3days), dinner(8 th ), train fee, and tours(3days) are sponsored from PIANC Japan and Port and Airport Research Institute. #Note 3: Plane ticket, transport fee between an airport and a hotel, and hotel charges are paid oneself or by their own National Section of PIANC. Free time: You have some free time after the technical tours on the third and fourth days.
