6 6 IN USA: HALMAR INTERNATIONAL On July 2017, Itinera acquired Halmar International, one of the top 5 general contractor actives in the metropolitan area of New York. The acquisition will allow to develop Itinera and Gavio Group in the United States of America, both as EPC Contractor (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and to carry out Privat Public Partnership (PPP) infrastructure programme, by means of know-how and references of the Group, in Italy and overall the world, in design, construction and operationof high complex projects years experience $ 800 million backlog

7 7 IN BRAZIL: COSTRUÇÕES Itinera Construções was incorporated on March 2017, as Construction Company to perform Construction and EPC Projects, in the segments of Road and Railway Infrastructures, Tunnels and Underground Works, Civil Construction, Motorway Maintenance and Prefabricated Structures. The Itinera Construções operations is starting with many Projects to be developed to EcoRodovias (Gavio Group Concessions Company in Brazil) and gradually will spread to the Private and Public Sectors always developing from a simple Motorway Maintenance to a very complex EPC Project.

Federici Stirling Batco LLC (FSB) is an Omani general construction company established in 2007 that is offering an ideal blend of local expertise and international experience.
